In Farming Simulator 25, repairs are handled at a workshop—not by a roaming mechanic NPC. The simplest route is to select the machinery dealer’s shop icon on the map and choose Visit. At the dealer, drive the vehicle into the marked workshop area and use the repair interaction. If your farm has a vehicle workshop, you can repair there instead.
How to find the dealer workshop
- Open the map and select the machinery dealer’s shop icon.
- Choose Visit to teleport to the dealer, following the route described by GIANTS Software’s Farming Simulator Academy guide to shops and dealers.
- Drive the vehicle you want to service into the marked workshop area.
- Use the repair interaction shown at the workshop.
The dealer workshop is also where you can customize or repaint machinery.

Can you repair vehicles at your farm?
Yes. The Farming Simulator 25 manual says to take a vehicle to the machinery dealer or to your vehicle workshop to pay for repairs. A farm workshop is convenient when your save has one; otherwise, use the dealer.
What happens if you skip repairs?
Vehicles and tools deteriorate with use. The manual says a vehicle that needs repair can lose speed or engine power, and repairing it costs money.

Adding a workshop to your farm
If you want a repair point at the farm, GIANTS Software’s ModHub lists the optional Farm Vehicle Shop for PC/Mac. The listing describes it as a placeable workshop and dealer for repairing, buying, or selling vehicles and tools. Its listed in-game cost is $5,000 with $100 monthly upkeep; it allows one building per farm and supports multiplayer. These are in-game listing values, not real-world prices.
