Where to find Arno for basic Swordmaster training
Arno is at Pinnacle Station in Jabal Eifrit Al-gharb. Funcom’s May 30, 2025 announcement says players who did not choose Swordmaster during character creation can seek him there to begin the discipline: Funcom’s Swordmaster announcement.

For a regional landmark, travel north from the Wreck of the Pallas in Western Vermillius Gap. Pinnacle Station is a trading post in Jabal Eifrit Al-gharb, according to PC Gamer’s Swordmaster guide.
What to do after speaking with Arno
Arno’s listed quest is “Sword Master Basics: Checking the Post.” Its objectives are to find Devil’s Eye Cavern, search the Wreck of the Pallas, search Imperial Testing Station No. 76, and then report back to Arno. PC Gamer lists the rewards as 5,500 solari and 700 XP; quest details and rewards may change with game updates.

Where to find Seron Varlin for advanced training
Seron Varlin, the advanced Swordmaster trainer, is in Harko Village. Go to Beast’s Bend, at the far end of the area, then follow the alleys to find him beneath a canopy. These directions are reported by PC Gamer; the community Swordmaster wiki also distinguishes Seron’s advanced training from Arno’s basic training.
PC Gamer reports an ornithopter taxi from a tradepost to Harko Village for 2,500 solari. Confirm the fare in game, since it may change.

A recent interactive map guide, last updated October 4, 2026, lists four Swordmaster locations across Hagga Basin and Harko Village, but its public text does not identify the individual markers. Use the named trainer directions above to distinguish the basic and advanced locations.
