Where each gathering job can find a Gargantuaskin map
Square Enix says Gargantuaskin treasure hunts are exclusive to Living Memory. The following level 100 gathering locations and coordinates are listed by the community-maintained Console Games Wiki; they are not coordinates confirmed in the official item entry.

For the Miner and Botanist spots, travel to the named area and gather at the coordinates shown. Fishers can try Mu Springs Eternal with Snagging turned on. The listed locations and Fisher instruction come from the Console Games Wiki Gargantuaskin map entry.
Can you get one without gathering?
Console Games Wiki also lists the nine-seal reward option from Wondrous Tails as an alternate route. The official Eorzea Database item entry marks the map as unavailable for purchase, so it does not establish a vendor or market purchase route.

What the map unlocks
The official Eorzea Database describes this item as a “timeworn map classified as risk-reward grade 18 among treasure hunters” and says to use Decipher to extract and examine it. After deciphering, follow the map to its marked location and use Dig to uncover the coffer. The official item entry recommends a level 100 full party of eight for the treasure hunt.
Patch 7.3 added Gargantuaskin maps and states that only these maps grant entry to Vault Oneiron, a treasure dungeon in Living Memory. The patch notes list an eight-player party and a 60-minute time limit for the instance. Patch 7.4 later says that rewards for Gargantuaskin maps and Vault Oneiron were adjusted, but does not identify the individual changes.
