Each is associated with one piece of the Yiga armor set; wearing all three lets Link pose as a Yiga member to infiltrate Yiga HQ in Gerudo.
Where to find the three Yiga armor outposts
These are the documented surface stops for finding the Yiga Clan Armour, Yiga Mask, and Yiga Clan Tights. Coordinates are approximate.

How to use the armor to reach Yiga HQ
Collect the Yiga Clan Armour, Yiga Mask, and Yiga Clan Tights, then wear the complete outfit to pose as a Yiga member. This lets Link infiltrate Yiga HQ in the Gerudo region. The reviewed guide associates the HQ with the Lightning Helm, Yiga Paraglider Fabric, and Earthquake ability, but does not provide exact coordinates.

The three stops above are the surface outposts tied to the armor set, not a verified directory of every Yiga encounter or hideout in Hyrule and the Depths. If you are looking for every Yiga appearance, this route alone does not establish a complete list.
