Your account ID in STARSEED: Asnia Trigger is labeled ID Code. Open the game, tap your profile image, and read the code displayed next to it. Do not mistake this for the CS Code: that separate support identifier is under the hamburger menu at Settings > Account.
The route above is the one stated in the game’s official “Account Level Milestone Event” instructions, published October 30, 2024. Menu wording or placement can differ by platform, region, or game version, but the distinction between the two codes is important whenever a form or support agent asks for a specific one.

How to find the ID Code (your account ID)
Use these steps when another player, an event form, or a support instruction asks for your account ID or ID Code.

- Tap your profile image. The profile image is the avatar shown for your player account in the game interface.
- Read the code beside the profile image. The value displayed next to the image is your ID Code. This is the account identifier the official event instructions tell players to locate.
The official wording is: “Tap your profile image > Find your ID Code next to the profile image.” That instruction appears in the STARSEED: Asnia Trigger “Account Level Milestone Event” post dated October 30, 2024.

What the ID Code is for
The ID Code identifies the account currently open in the game. It is useful when an event, form, or conversation asks you to identify your player account. It is a reference value, not a password and not a replacement for the login method linked to the account.
ID Code and CS Code are different
STARSEED: Asnia Trigger uses two similarly named account-related values. Check which one a form or support message requests before copying anything.

The locations above come from the same official event instructions. A request for a CS Code should not be answered with the ID Code merely because both values relate to the account. If a support form names one code explicitly, provide that code from its corresponding screen.

If you cannot open the account that contains the code
You cannot use the profile-image route until the game has opened the relevant account. In that situation, the ID Code itself is not an account-recovery mechanism. The official guidance for account access focuses on signing in with the login method previously linked to the account.

Use the previously linked sign-in method
An official notice about region integration says that a player may initially enter a guest account. After completing Tutorial 1-1, the stated route is:
- Open the in-game Menu.
- Choose Settings.
- Open Account.
- Log out of the account currently shown if it is not the account you need.
- Sign in with the method previously used for the intended account.
If the account still cannot be reached, the notice directs players to contact Customer Support. It also warns players to avoid deleting the account they actually use. Do not delete an account simply because the game first opened a guest profile or because the wrong regional account appeared.
Why a guest account can be risky
The Com2uS Customer Support FAQ recommends syncing at least one account. It lists Hive, Google, Google Play, Apple, and Game Center as account-linking options. The same FAQ warns that guest data may be deleted after the game is reinstalled or a device is reset.

Linking does not change where the ID Code is displayed; once you are in the account, you still find that code beside the profile image.

What to do when the menu does not match
The documented paths establish the intended destinations, but they do not describe every interface variant. A different platform, region, or game version may use slightly different labels or place the profile control in another part of the screen.
- Look for the avatar or profile image on the main game screen before opening other settings.
- If you need the ID Code, open the profile view and inspect the area immediately beside the image.
- If you need the CS Code, look for the hamburger menu, then Settings, then Account.
- Check that you are signed into the intended account, not a newly created or temporary guest account.
- Do not assume that an account name, server label, or other visible number is the requested code unless the screen identifies it as ID Code or CS Code.
If none of those controls is visible, record your platform and region and contact Customer Support through the official channel. The available official account notices direct unresolved account questions to support rather than suggesting that players guess a code or delete an account.
How to share the code safely
An ID Code can help identify your account, but it should be handled as account information. Share it only when the recipient has a legitimate reason to request it, such as an official event form or Customer Support case.
Before sending a screenshot
- Crop or cover unrelated account details, purchase information, email addresses, or login identifiers.
- Check that the screenshot shows the correct account and the requested code.
- Send account details only through the official support channel when contacting the game team.
- Never include a password, one-time verification code, or other sign-in secret in the same message.
The support materials direct players to Customer Support for account inquiries. A person who asks for your ID Code outside an official context cannot use that request alone to establish that they represent the game team.

When Customer Support asks for account information
Read the request carefully. Support may ask for the ID Code, the CS Code, or other details. These are not interchangeable.
- Open the account that support is discussing, if you can access it.
- Retrieve the exact value requested: profile image for the ID Code, or Menu > Settings > Account for the CS Code.
- Copy the characters carefully. Avoid adding spaces, punctuation, or text that is not part of the displayed value.
- State whether you are providing the ID Code or CS Code so the support agent can interpret it correctly.
- If you cannot open the account, explain which login method you previously used and follow the account-access instructions instead of inventing or estimating a code.
Customer Support may need additional account information to investigate access. The official region-integration notice does not say that presenting an ID Code by itself restores access; it specifically directs players to sign in through the previously linked method and to contact support if that fails.

Looking under Settings for the ID Code
Problem: You open Settings and cannot find the value called ID Code.

Fix: Return to the game screen and tap the profile image. The ID Code is displayed beside that image. Settings > Account is the documented location for the CS Code instead.

Sending the ID Code when CS Code was requested
Problem: A support form rejects the value copied from the profile screen.
Fix: Reopen the hamburger menu, select Settings, then Account, and provide the CS Code shown there.
Finding a code on the wrong account
Problem: The displayed profile does not match your usual progress.
Fix: Treat this as an account-selection problem. Do not delete the visible account. Complete the documented account route, log out if appropriate, and sign in with the method previously linked to the account you want. Contact Customer Support if the intended account does not appear.
Losing a guest account after a device change
Problem: Reinstalling the game or resetting the device removes access to progress that was never linked.
Fix: The support FAQ warns that guest data may be deleted in those circumstances. When you can still access the guest account, sync at least one supported account option, such as Hive, Google, Google Play, Apple, or Game Center.
