The repeatable way to get them is to buy them from a Master-level Cleric for 3 emeralds each. You can also find them in certain structure chests, though chest loot is not guaranteed. If you mean a server-specific item, such as one in Hypixel SkyBlock, its rules may differ.
Buy Bottles o’ Enchanting from a Master Cleric
A Cleric villager offers one Bottle o’ Enchanting for 3 emeralds once it reaches Master level. The listed trade stock is 12. This is the practical route for a repeatable supply: it takes villager progression and emeralds, but lets you purchase bottles rather than depend on finding them while exploring. Minecraft Wiki
Find them in generated structure chests

Which route should you use?
- For a dependable supply: level a Cleric to Master and buy bottles with emeralds.
- While exploring: check the listed structure chests, but treat each bottle as a chance find rather than guaranteed loot.
- If you play Bedrock: Buried Treasure is an additional listed chest source; it is not listed for Java Edition.
Does “XP bottle” mean the same thing in every game?
No. In vanilla Minecraft, the item is called a Bottle o’ Enchanting. Other games, servers, and mods can use different items and acquisition rules; for example, Games Learning Society distinguishes vanilla Minecraft bottles from SkyBlock Grand Experience Bottles. If you are asking about a specific server or mod, check its item name and rules rather than assuming the vanilla methods apply. Games Learning Society
