How do you trigger Multiple Sword Energies?
The key conditions are Sword Morph equipped, an active Qi shield, and a Stage 2 Vagrant Sword charge. After releasing the first attack and using Shadow Step, begin the next charge within five seconds to use the follow-up Sword Morph window.
- Use the Spear’s Qiankun’s Lock to establish the setup.
- Cancel the Spear’s recovery with Deflect, then switch to the Sword.
- While the Qi shield is active, charge Vagrant Sword to Stage 2 and release it to produce Multiple Sword Energies.
- Use Shadow Step, then start charging again within five seconds to access the follow-up window.
Do not spend all your Endurance on the charge. Keep enough to respond to an attack or reposition.
When should you use the Spear’s Storm Dance?
Storm Dance is a committed option against an Exhausted target, not a move to force into every opening. Use it when the boss is stationary and the animation is unlikely to be interrupted. If the target is moving or a mechanic is starting, maintain safer Sword pressure and preserve Endurance for your next dodge.
