From the main Tower plaza, head left; he was waiting on the stairs to the left. His stock included Coldheart, three class-specific Exotic armor pieces, an Exotic Engram and Cipher quest, plus rotating Legendary gear and weapon rolls.
Where Xûr was on July 7–11, 2023
Jack Grimshaw’s July 7, 2023, Prima Games guide placed Xûr in the Tower Hangar, on the stairs to the left after heading left from the main Tower plaza. A contemporaneous Game Tweaks guide also reported that he was at the Tower, near the Hangar.

When this stock was available—and what has changed
The 2023 visit lasted through the Tuesday reset; Game Tweaks describes Xûr as appearing Friday and leaving at Tuesday reset. These Hangar directions apply to that historical visit, not to his current location. The WhereIsXur.com FAQ, accessed October 4, 2026, says that after the Edge of Fate expansion Xûr has a permanent location in the Tower Bazaar, while his items continue to rotate weekly.
