For Celeste’s Untended Garden quest in ARC Raiders, start with the northwesternmost dome in the Hydroponic Dome Complex on Dam Battlegrounds. The ARC Raiders Wiki places the data archive there, and UrGameTips also points to the complex’s northwest side. One guide syndicated on Yahoo sends players to the southernmost dome instead, so if the archive interaction does not appear in the northwest dome, check the other domes and follow the active quest prompt.
What the quest asks you to do
Untended Garden is given by Celeste after the quest A Balanced Harvest. Its objective, as worded in the ARC Raiders Wiki and quest database, is “Access the data archive in one of the domes.” All of its objectives are marked “in one round,” which means the archive has to be retrieved and uploaded before the round ends.
- Location: the Hydroponic Dome Complex on Dam Battlegrounds
- Step one: access the data archive from a computer inside one of the domes
- Step two: upload the data at a computer terminal in any Field Depot
- Time limit: both steps within the same round
The upload objective does not require a particular Field Depot, so use whichever depot you can reach first after retrieving the data.
Which dome to check first
Guides disagree on the dome, so the table below shows what each source says. The ARC Raiders Toolbox confirms the objectives and the same-round sequence but does not name a dome in the material reviewed.

The northwest dome has the strongest support across sources, so it is the sensible first check. The southernmost dome is the main alternative if the northwest computer does not offer the archive.
Step-by-step: finding and uploading the archive
- Travel to Dam Battlegrounds and head to the Hydroponic Dome Complex.
- Enter the northwesternmost dome and find the computer inside it.
- Interact with the computer to access the data archive. If the prompt appears, the quest step is confirmed for your build.
- If no archive interaction appears, leave for the next dome and try again. Check the southernmost dome first, then the remaining domes.
- Collect the data once the archive is accessed.
- Go to a computer terminal at any Field Depot and upload the data before the round ends.
If the archive prompt does not appear
- Confirm that Untended Garden is active in your quest log. The archive interaction only appears while the quest is in progress.
- Search every dome in the complex, not only the first one you enter.
- Keep track of time. If the round ends after you retrieve the data but before you upload it, the same-round requirement is not met and you need to repeat the sequence in a new round.
How reliable these locations are
The dome locations come from community-maintained wiki and guide pages, not from an official developer statement. None of the sources we checked specifies a game version or patch date for the layout. For that reason, the quest prompt in your own build is the final check: if the computer in the northwest dome shows the archive interaction, you are in the right place, and if it does not, work through the other domes.
