Who eats the Kilo Kilo Fruit?
The user is Mikita, who goes by the codename Miss Valentine. She is a member of Baroque Works, the criminal organization that serves as one of the main antagonist groups in the series. Both a 2025 secondary summary and the official One Piece site identify her as the person who consumed the Kilo Kilo no Mi, so the link between the fruit and the character is well established.
What the Kilo Kilo Fruit does
The fruit grants its user control over weight. Secondary coverage describes it as a Devil Fruit power that lets Miss Valentine change how heavy she or the objects around her are. The official One Piece site confirms the user and the comparison with the Ton Ton Fruit, but it does not publish numeric operating limits.
That gap matters if you want exact figures. Some secondary articles quote numerical weight ranges, but those numbers come from fan and editorial summaries rather than an official specification. Treat any precise minimum or maximum as unconfirmed unless it appears in the manga or an official reference.

How the Ton Ton Fruit compares
The official One Piece site, in commentary dated 2015-11-18, says the Ton Ton Fruit was named in the Volume 79 SBS and calls it “a stronger relative of the Kilo Kilo Fruit which was consumed by Miss Valentine.” That sentence is the strongest official statement on the two fruits. It establishes the family relationship but not the mechanics.

Where to read the source material
The official site cites Volume 79 of the manga for the Ton Ton Fruit’s naming. That volume’s SBS is the reference point for the comparison, but it is not the source of Miss Valentine’s first appearance. Check the current listing and edition of Volume 79 with your preferred publisher before buying, since editions and availability vary by region.
