She is one of three NPCs named for the Farming Level 5 quest “Talk to the Villager Inhabitants,” alongside Mason and the Friendly Hiker. The only documentation for her location is a Hypixel SkyBlock Wiki quest reference, and that reference is not a live in-game check, so treat its details as what the wiki records rather than something confirmed in the game today.
Where Beth is found
The Hypixel SkyBlock Wiki’s Quests reference places Beth among the villagers of the Desert Settlement, which sits on the Mushroom Desert. That is the only location the reference gives for her. It does not describe a specific building or a fixed spot inside the settlement, so you will need to look among the villagers when you arrive.
The quest that names her
Beth is documented as an NPC for one quest. To take it on and finish it, work through these steps:
- Reach Farming Level 5 in Hypixel SkyBlock. The quest is locked until you meet this requirement.
- Travel to the Desert Settlement on the Mushroom Desert.
- Talk to Beth, Mason, and the Friendly Hiker, all three of whom are listed as NPCs for the quest “Talk to the Villager Inhabitants.”
The reference lists the three NPCs but does not document the order you must talk to them in or the dialogue that triggers completion. If the quest does not advance after you speak to all three, check that you have met the Farming Level 5 requirement before assuming the NPCs are wrong.

How current this information is
The Hypixel SkyBlock Wiki is closing. Hypixel staff member Donpireso announced on July 21, 2026 that the Official Hypixel Wiki would end and that the server would not endorse community websites. The announcement states: “We are not going to endorse any community websites officially, nor do we have plans to link them in-game.” Its full text on the Hypixel Forums is the primary source for the closure. Wiki links for Beth now redirect to that announcement rather than to a character page, so the quest reference is the only remaining documentation of her location.
Because that reference is an indexed copy and carries no date, the Desert Settlement detail is the wiki’s record, not a 2026 check. The simplest way to confirm it is to go to the Desert Settlement and speak with the villagers there. If Beth is not present, the reference is likely out of date, and the quest-tracking entry in your in-game quest log is the more reliable guide.

A different Beth in the Garden?
Searches for Beth also surface a Hypixel Forums user post, dated March 8, 2023, in a guide to secret achievements. That post links a Beth-related Garden visitor quest to Jake’s Mystery achievement. The post is user-generated and does not verify the mechanics it describes. It also does not establish that the Garden visitor is the same character as the Desert Settlement NPC, so the two should be treated as separate claims.
| Detail | Desert Settlement Beth | Garden visitor claim |
|---|---|---|
| Location | Desert Settlement, Mushroom Desert | Garden |
| Quest or achievement | “Talk to the Villager Inhabitants” (Farming Level 5) | Garden visitor quest and Jake’s Mystery achievement |
| Source type | Hypixel SkyBlock Wiki quest reference | Hypixel Forums user post in a secret achievement guide |
| Source date | Not stated in the indexed copy | March 8, 2023 |
| Verification status | Not verified against the live game | User-reported; not verified; not established to be the same NPC |
The Garden claim is a useful lead for players investigating Garden visitors, but it is not an answer to where Beth in the Desert Settlement is. For that question, the Desert Settlement entry is the one the wiki documents.
