The natural predator that Corviknight’s Pokédex entries point to is Tinkaton. The clue sits in the Pokémon Scarlet entries: Corviknight’s own entry says its natural predators attack it while it flies, but does not name them. Tinkaton’s Scarlet entry says it aims at the flying Corviknight. Reading the two together identifies Tinkaton, but that is an inference from parallel entries, not a sentence that names Tinkaton in Corviknight’s own text.

- Embark on an independent study called the Treasure Hunt to gain new experiences, meet new people, and find your very own treasure.
The entry establishes two things. A predator exists, and it is dangerous enough to stop Corviknight from working as a taxi in Paldea. It does not say what the predator is.

Read together, the two entries make Tinkaton the most likely intended predator. One describes flying Corviknight as being in danger from predators. The other describes Tinkaton targeting flying Corviknight. Neither entry names the link outright, so it is best presented as the strongest reading of the game text rather than a confirmed statement.
How firm the answer is
- Established: In Paldea, Corviknight’s natural predators attack it in flight, according to its Scarlet entry.
- Established: Tinkaton’s Scarlet entry names flying Corviknight as its target.
- Not established: Any sentence in Corviknight’s entry that names Tinkaton.
- Not covered: Hunting behavior, success rates, or population details. The entries do not describe these, and this article does not speculate about them.
The sources reviewed here quote the Scarlet entries only. They do not establish whether other game versions word these entries the same way.

- Only one code for a Hisuian Zoroark can be used in either the Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game. Upon purchase of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, an email with your code will be sent to the email address registered to your Nintendo Account. From the in-game menu, go to the Poké Portal, then select Mystery Gift, select Get with Code/Password, and then enter your code.
- The Mystery Gift option can be found within the Poké Portal menu option in the X menu after you unlock the feature in the Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game. (This occurs after about 1 to 1.5 hours of gameplay, though individual gameplay time may vary.) An internet connection and a Nintendo Account is required to redeem the item in game. A Nintendo Switch Online membership is not required. Each item can only be redeemed once.

Corviknight’s role changes between regions. The official Sword and Shield profile describes it as the strongest Pokémon in Galar’s skies and says challengers are sent running. It also notes that Corviknight work for Galar Taxi because of their flying ability and intelligence, per the official Sword and Shield Corviknight profile.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches| Region and game | Corviknight’s taxi role | Stated constraint | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Galar (Sword and Shield) | Works for Galar Taxi, based on its flying ability and intelligence | None stated in the profile | Official Sword and Shield Corviknight profile |
| Paldea (Scarlet) | Cannot serve as a taxi service | Natural predators attack it while it flies, endangering the passenger | Official Pokémon Pokédex entry for Corviknight, Scarlet version |
The contrast is the point of the Paldea entry. The same species that is a reliable flying taxi in Galar is a hazard to passengers in Paldea because of predators.
For the other half of the answer, see Pokémon Database’s Corviknight page, which reproduces the Tinkaton entry quoted above.
