Their feelings are revisited in God of War Ragnarök: Valhalla, but the available account describes them as not formally dating.
Who is Sigrún?
Sigrún is a Valkyrie whose connection with Mimir is associated with God of War (2018). A community-edited God of War Wiki character summary identifies her as Mimir’s love interest. That makes her the answer to the question—not another character from Mimir’s past.
Are Mimir and Sigrún dating?
Not according to that summary: it describes them as acknowledging love without being a formal couple. “They have feelings for each other” is more accurate than calling Sigrún Mimir’s girlfriend. The distinction matters because a love interest does not necessarily mean an established dating relationship.
Where does their relationship come up?
Their history is associated with God of War (2018), and the subject returns in the Valhalla content for God of War Ragnarök. A gameplay capture published by Gamer’s Little Playground is titled “Mimir Tells Kratos About His Relationship Problems With Sigrun” and is dated December 12, 2023; it corroborates that the DLC includes a discussion of their relationship, but it is not an official transcript.

PlayStation’s official story recap places Mimir in the Norse-era story, while Santa Monica Studio’s Valhalla retrospective discusses his role in that narrative. Neither official source establishes the Sigrún relationship.
What is confirmed about their status?
The relationship identification and the not-dating qualification come from a community-edited reference, rather than an official dialogue transcript. The gameplay capture supports that the topic is discussed in Valhalla, but it does not provide an authoritative transcript of the exchange. For the precise wording and context, the in-game dialogue is the best source; avoid treating a paraphrase as a direct quote.
