The female counterpart to a Mr. Handy in Fallout 4 is a Miss Nanny. If you mean the named companion, that is Curie: she starts as a Miss Nanny robot in Vault 81 and can later transfer into a synth body.
What is a Miss Nanny?
Miss Nanny is the name of a robot type, not a single character. Fallout 4’s loading-screen text describes it as the female equivalent of the Mister Handy, with similar built-in armaments. The game’s terminology can be inconsistent: Miss Nanny robots use the same in-game model as Mr. Handy robots, and their back panels still bear the “Mister Handy” inscription.

That shared labeling also appears in Curie’s story. A Vault 81 terminal refers to the robot who becomes Curie as a Mr. Handy, while Curie identifies her original model as a Miss Nanny. The differing wording does not change her original robot type.
Is Curie a Miss Nanny?
Yes. Curie is a specific character who begins as a Miss Nanny robot in Vault 81. You encounter her through the Hole in the Wall quest, and she can become a companion. After the Emergent Behavior quest, she can transfer into a synth body; she remains Curie, but is no longer in her original Miss Nanny chassis.

Are there other Miss Nannies in Fallout 4?
Yes. Miss Edna, Molly, and Pearl are other named Miss Nanny characters. Curie is the one players are most likely asking about when they mean the female Mr. Handy companion.
Why does Curie call herself a Miss Nanny?
In companion dialogue, Curie asks whether there are other “Ms. Nannies” and says that this was her original model before she was modified. That line refers to the robot body she began in, rather than her later synth form.
