Is the project Halo 7?
That remains unconfirmed. Gfinity’s headline used “Halo 7,” but its report did not establish an official project name and allowed that Gniady might be working on another Halo project. The profile wording identifies a Halo experience, not a numbered sequel or a formally announced game.
Is it Halo: Campaign Evolved?
No source cited here connects Gniady’s 2024 profile to Halo: Campaign Evolved. Xbox Wire later identified that game as a complete Unreal Engine 5 remake of Halo: Combat Evolved, with updated visuals and animations, remastered music, re-recorded voice lines, weapons and vehicles from later Halo games, and three additional campaign missions. It supports two-player local split screen on console and up to four-player online co-op across Xbox, PC, and PlayStation 5, according to the Xbox announcement.

That official description establishes what Campaign Evolved is, but it does not identify it as the project hinted at by Gniady’s profile. The two pieces of information should be kept separate unless an official source links them.
