A simple decision checklist
- Is the passenger one of the four keep-list characters above? If yes, do not drop them at the camp.
- Are you playing as Trevor? The camp route is tied to Trevor’s random events, not to drop-offs by other characters.
- Have you already made three deliveries? The next one is the fourth, which triggers the confrontation.
- Do you still want the other alternative outcomes from the passengers you are skipping? If so, plan the order of your deliveries before you start.
How the four-delivery trigger works
The camp is a Trevor-only opportunity tied to certain random-event passengers, not a general drop-off activity. The Altruists turn hostile after the fourth delivery, which means the first three passengers are a warm-up and the fourth is the decision point. What the camp pays out

The page does not give a year for this figure, so it may describe a single version of the game. Version and availability limits
The eligible-event list and the way passengers appear can differ between versions of Grand Theft Auto V, and the sources do not confirm behaviour on every platform. A passenger you expect to see may not spawn in your save, so check the random-events page for your version before you plan a route. No official Rockstar source was found for these mechanics, so the guide’s account is the best available reference.
Grand Theft Auto V is the only game this advice applies to. If you do not own it, the camp and the random events are not accessible without it.
