Ubisoft Connect rewards can be missing for different reasons depending on whether you mean Units, a completed Challenge, or an item you already redeemed. First check whether a Challenge still needs to be collected, whether the game offers Connect rewards, and whether you are using the Ubisoft account that activated or redeemed the game or content. Ubisoft’s “up to 48 hours” timing applies to Units earned after an action—not to every redeemed item.
Identify which reward is missing
Ubisoft Connect uses different steps for earning Units, collecting Challenge rewards, and unlocking in-game items with Units. Start with the matching row below rather than applying the same timing or fix to every reward.

Collect a completed Challenge
Completing a Challenge and collecting its reward are separate steps. In the game’s Ubisoft Connect Challenges, open the Core or Time-Limited tab, find the completed Challenge, and select “Collect.” Ubisoft’s Challenges and Rewards instructions describe this collection step.
Redeem the item in a supported game
For a supported console game, open Ubisoft Connect from the main menu, go to Rewards, choose the item, and select Get it. Ubisoft says the unlocked reward should be available in-game the next time you launch the game. The available rewards depend on the game; if there is no Rewards tab, Ubisoft says Connect rewards are not supported for that title. Ubisoft says rewards can be accessed and redeemed on PC or console, subject to the applicable game’s offerings. See Ubisoft’s console reward steps.

Check the Ubisoft account and platform link
Make sure you are signed into the Ubisoft account used to activate the game or redeem its content. Ubisoft says games and in-game content are linked to the account on which they were activated or redeemed. To access rewards across platforms, the platform account must also be linked to the Ubisoft account. If a game is missing from the PC client, Ubisoft’s account and game visibility guidance also covers checking the account and client cache.
Allow time for Units to appear
For Units earned through an action, Ubisoft’s loyalty terms say it may take up to 48 hours for corresponding Units to appear. Ubisoft may award them later, including while it validates an action. This timing is specifically about Units accrued after an action; it is not a general delivery deadline for redeemed cosmetics or other in-game content. Depending on the reward, Ubisoft’s terms say delivery may be by email or directly in the applicable connected game. Check the PC client and service status
- Confirm Ubisoft Connect is online and updated. If it starts in Offline mode because there is no internet connection, updates will not install automatically.
- If the overlay or client is not behaving normally, check background applications and security software that could interfere, following Ubisoft’s overlay troubleshooting steps.
- If the client reports that a Ubisoft service is unavailable, check Ubisoft’s service availability guidance for degradation or outage notices. If none is listed, follow its connectivity troubleshooting steps.
Check legacy-game limits
Ubisoft says some older titles unlock all Ubisoft Connect rewards when launched for the first time. Its published list is incomplete, and rewards may no longer be accessible when a game’s online services have been decommissioned. If Units do not appear after the applicable wait, or a collected or redeemed item remains missing, contact Ubisoft Support. For missing Units, Ubisoft’s terms direct players to contact support promptly after the action and say it may request reasonable documentation. Include the Ubisoft account, platform and game, reward or Challenge name, what you did, and the approximate date and time. Attach screenshots or other action or transaction evidence if available.
