Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFortnite Crew is listed by the platform where you bought it, not by the game you play it on. If the subscription is missing from your usual places, check the Epic Games account’s Subscriptions page first. It shows which platform or platforms hold your Crew subscription. If the purchase was made through a console or mobile storefront, that storefront controls billing and cancellation, so the final check happens there.
Start with the right Epic account
Each Epic account shows its own set of subscriptions. If you sign in with a second account, or with one created for a friend or a child, Crew may appear to be missing when it is simply attached to a different login. Confirm the account before doing anything else.

Check the Subscriptions page on the web
- Sign in at the Epic Games website with the account you use for Fortnite.
- Open the account menu and select Subscriptions.
- Look for Fortnite Crew and note the platform or platforms listed beside it.
Check the Subscriptions tab in the Epic Games Launcher
- Open the Epic Games Launcher and sign in.
- Hover over your display name, then select Account.
- Select Subscriptions and look for the same platform information.
Epic’s help article on managing Crew states: “Your Fortnite Crew subscription can be managed from your billing page.” The same article is the reference point for the platform-specific routes below: How to manage your Fortnite Crew subscription.
Find the platform that holds the subscription
Once the platform is identified, the platform is the place to manage billing. Menu labels on storefronts change from time to time, so treat the names below as the current starting points rather than fixed paths.

- Redeemable on accounts in the United States and in U.S. Dollars.
- Gift card must be redeemed at EpicGames.com/redeem. This gift card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly on a console device (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.)
- If you play Fortnite experiences on a console device, you need to link your Epic Games account to your console account(s) so items purchased at Fortnite.com/item-shop appear across all of your linked accounts
- Requires internet connection, valid Epic account and prior acceptance of the terms

| Where you bought Crew | Where to manage it | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Epic (PC or mobile purchase) | Epic account Subscriptions page, or the launcher’s Account → Subscriptions | Epic shows the next payment date for its own purchases. |
| Xbox | Xbox Subscriptions & billing, or the Microsoft account Services & Subscriptions page | Charges and renewal settings belong to Microsoft. |
| PlayStation | PlayStation subscription management | Epic’s cancellation instructions describe the PS5 and PS4 settings paths. |
| Nintendo Switch | Nintendo eShop account information, or Your Subscriptions in the Nintendo account | Epic’s cancellation instructions cover this route. |
| Apple App Store | Apple subscription settings for the Apple ID that paid | Listed as a purchase channel in Epic’s cancellation article; exact menu wording is not restated here. |
| ONE Store | ONE Store subscription settings | Listed as a purchase channel in Epic’s cancellation article; exact menu wording is not restated here. |
If the Epic Subscriptions page lists a platform you did not expect, that is usually the platform that completed the purchase. A purchase made on a friend’s console, or on a device signed into a different store account, will appear under the store that processed it.
Check the next billing date in the right place
There are two dates that people often confuse: the date Epic displays, and the date the storefront bills. For external purchases, these can differ, and Epic directs readers to the payment platform for billing-date clarification.

- In Fortnite: go to Passes → Fortnite Crew → Manage Subscription → Cancellation Info. This screen can show the next billing date.
- On the Epic account page: Epic purchases show a next payment date. For external purchases, select Manage subscription to go to the purchasing platform.
- On the storefront: the charge and billing date are authoritative for purchases made through that storefront.
When the subscription is listed but benefits are missing
A missing Crew listing and a missing benefit are separate problems. If the subscription appears but V-Bucks, Crew Pack items, or Battle Pass access are unavailable, a failed renewal may have placed Crew on hold. While the hold lasts, those benefits pause until payment is fixed. Resolve the payment with the platform that processed the purchase, not with Epic, unless the purchase was made directly through Epic.
Game Pass Ultimate Crew entitlement
Crew can also arrive as part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This route has its own checks, and a listing on the Epic Subscriptions page is not the way to confirm it. Verify each requirement in this order:

- An Epic Games account is required to redeem an Epic Games Store Card code
- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.

- The Xbox account and the Epic account are linked.
- The Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active.
- Fortnite has been launched at least once in the month through a supported Xbox route.
On PC, Epic says to install Fortnite through the Xbox app for PC before using this route.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancellation must be done on the platform that sold the subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals, but Crew benefits continue until the current paid period ends. Cancelling does not refund the period already paid for.

Refund rules also follow the purchase route. Epic states that direct Epic purchases cannot be refunded under its stated policy. For subscriptions bought through console or mobile platforms, the platform makes the refund decision.

| Crew is not listed on the Epic Subscriptions page | Wrong Epic account, or the purchase was made on a storefront that reports separately | Switch accounts, then check the storefront that completed the charge |
| Crew is listed, but the billing date does not match the Epic page | Third-party billing date differs from the date Epic displays | Check the billing date on the purchasing platform |
| Crew is listed, but benefits are paused | Failed renewal has placed the subscription on hold | Fix the payment method on the purchasing platform |
| Crew benefits come through Game Pass Ultimate and are missing | Account not linked, Game Pass inactive, or no monthly Fortnite sign-in through a supported Xbox route | Check linking and Game Pass status, then launch Fortnite through a supported Xbox route |
Platform menus and help-center pages can change. If a label in this guide no longer matches what you see, follow the account-page route first, because it identifies the platform that holds the subscription.
