If your Roblox hair is missing, check that it is equipped in the Avatar Editor, then give your avatar a few minutes to update. If it still does not appear, the next step depends on whether the problem affects your whole avatar or only the hair.
Check whether the hair is equipped
Roblox hair is a digital avatar accessory. Open the Avatar Editor and confirm that the hair you want is equipped. If it is not, equip it there, then allow a few minutes for the avatar to update. If the hair still does not appear
- Open the Avatar Editor and verify the intended hair is equipped.
- Wait a few minutes for the avatar to update.
- If the whole avatar is a grey block, try equipping or unequipping an item in the editor.
- If the problem remains, contact Roblox Support. If the hair appears in the editor but disappears only in a particular experience or on one device, include that detail in your report; the official guidance cited here does not identify a specific cause for that narrower pattern. [c001] [c003]
