The order status tells you whether to wait, check the payment attempt, or contact support. If it is in progress, Blizzard says it can take up to 48 hours to become Complete; avoid placing the order again while it processes.
Check the order status in Transaction History
Sign in to the Battle.net account that made the purchase and open Transaction History. If you have multiple accounts, check the account associated with the order confirmation or receipt. Blizzard recommends Transaction History to confirm the order status.

If the order is in progress
Wait for the status to change to Complete. Blizzard says this can take up to 48 hours. Do not submit another order while the first one is in progress: repeated attempts can lead to multiple temporary authorization holds on your payment method.
If the order is absent, incomplete, or failed
Blizzard says that when no order appears in Transaction History, the payment provider immediately rejected the attempt. Blizzard also says an incomplete or failed order is not charged. Your bank or payment account may nevertheless show a temporary authorization hold; the payment provider controls when that hold is released.

If checkout failed, check the billing details
Make sure the address and country on your Battle.net account match the billing details for the payment method. Blizzard advises using a payment method with a billing address in the account’s region. Payment restrictions can differ by product, payment method, and currency, so a mismatch is not the only possible reason for a failed attempt. If the order is complete but the item is missing
Verify the account and region
Confirm that you are signed in to the account and region intended for the purchase. A Blizzard Customer Support forum reply identifies a different account or region as possible explanations for a missing purchase, but the cause depends on the individual case. Blizzard’s region guidance says game accounts and game data cannot be transferred between regions.

Contact Blizzard Support
If Transaction History shows Complete and the entitlement is still unavailable, use Blizzard Support and choose the account, payment, or game category that best fits the issue. Logging in provides access to additional support options. Have the order details available so support can identify the transaction.

The steps above address Battle.net order status and payment guidance. If the purchase was made through a console or mobile storefront rather than Battle.net, the available Blizzard guidance here does not establish a universal procedure for that store. Check the purchase history and support options for the storefront used, and contact Blizzard if the order is complete there but the game entitlement is still missing.
