If your Robux are missing, the most likely explanations are simple: you are signed into a different Roblox account than the one that bought or earned the Robux, the Robux are pending creator-sale earnings, a platform or service problem delayed a purchase, or the purchase never completed. Check those possibilities in that order, then use your purchase receipt and contact Roblox Support if nothing resolves it.
Confirm you are on the account that made the purchase
Most “missing Robux” reports come down to the account. Robux belong to a specific Roblox account, so a balance that looks unchanged may simply be the balance of a different login. Sign into the account where the Robux were bought or earned. On the mobile app or the browser site, Roblox displays the Robux balance at the top of the page. Compare the username you are signed into against the username on the purchase receipt before going further.
Inspect My Transactions
If you are on the correct account, open My Transactions. On the web, select the Robux balance to reach it. The page separates incoming and outgoing activity and offers filters for each category:
- Summary: an overview of recent activity across types.
- Currency Purchases: Robux bought with real money. A completed purchase should appear here, which tells you whether the purchase was recorded at all.
- Premium Stipends: Robux from a Premium membership stipend.
- Purchases: Robux or items you spent.
- Sales of Goods: proceeds from selling items.
- Creator Rewards and Group Payouts: earnings from creator programs and group payouts.
This view is the fastest way to tell the difference between a purchase that never credited, Robux that were already spent, and Robux that arrived through a different channel. If a purchase appears in Currency Purchases but the balance is lower than you expect, the Robux were likely spent on something else; check Purchases before assuming a fault.

If the Robux are creator earnings, check Pending Robux
Creator earnings work differently from purchased Robux. Roblox states that Robux from Experience Pass sales can be held in escrow before they are released. Those amounts are shown as Pending Robux, which you can view in My Transactions. If your missing Robux came from selling an Experience Pass, look there first. This explanation covers creator-sale proceeds only; it does not apply to Robux you bought directly with a payment method.
Allow for service delays on purchased Robux
Service incidents and scheduled maintenance can delay products, including Robux, according to Roblox’s guidance on outages. For a completed purchase, Roblox says products are applied in most cases within an hour and at most within 24 hours. Check Roblox’s status information for an active incident. If one is underway, wait through the stated window before escalating. If the purchase is older than 24 hours and no incident was reported in that period, move on to the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshoot the app after a purchase
If the balance still does not update, the app may be holding a stale session. Roblox’s purchase troubleshooting for mobile apps follows this sequence:
- Log out of your Roblox account in the app.
- Force-close the app completely rather than just minimizing it.
- Reopen the app.
- Sign in again with the same account, then check the balance and My Transactions.
On Xbox, Roblox’s instruction differs: close and reopen the app without logging out. Use that version and then recheck the balance.

A pending bank charge is not proof of credit
A bank card entry marked pending does not confirm that Robux were credited. Roblox’s guidance on card declines and pending charges says a pending entry may be a declined charge that your financial institution holds temporarily, or a temporary verification fee. Roblox states that these funds return to the card within 1 to 10 business days. Treat the pending entry as a bank matter, not a Robux delivery. Confirm delivery against your Roblox transaction record and the receipt from the platform that processed the payment.
Find the receipt for the platform that handled payment
Where you bought Robux determines where the receipt lives. Roblox publishes receipt-history instructions for Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Microsoft/Xbox, Samsung, and Xsolla. Open the one that matches your purchase. A receipt that you will send to support should show:

- the billing address
- the Roblox product purchased
- the purchase amount
When and how to contact Roblox Support
Contact Roblox Support when the official checks above do not produce the Robux and the purchase is still unaccounted for. Roblox Support handles billing and account issues. Have these details ready before you submit the support form:
- your Roblox username
- the device and store used for the purchase
- the purchase date and amount
- the product you bought
- the payment type
- the exact error message, if one appeared
If Roblox asks for proof, reply with a screenshot or a forwarded copy of the receipt in an accepted image format. Roblox’s purchase troubleshooting also notes these details as what it needs to investigate, so supplying them at the start usually avoids a round of follow-up questions.
