Then check spam and mail filters, search for “Supercell ID,” and use only the newest code. Three incorrect entries in a row trigger a 24-hour wait before Supercell will send another email code. If you mean an Account Protection SMS code, use the separate phone and network checks below.
Fix a missing Supercell ID email code
- Confirm the linked email address. Sign in with the same address originally connected to your Supercell ID. When creating a new ID, you can’t use an email address that is already connected to another Supercell ID. Supercell’s verification-code guidance also says some email domains aren’t supported; if Supercell tells you the address can’t be used, try another one.
- Check other folders and filters. Look in spam and review inbox rules or filters that may move incoming mail. Search the mailbox for “Supercell ID.”
- Request a fresh code and use the newest one. Each new login or account-creation attempt generates a new code, and only the latest code works. If you have several code emails, restart the sign-in or creation flow in the game and enter the newest code.
- Stop if you have entered the wrong code three times consecutively. Supercell says this prevents new email codes from being received for 24 hours. Wait out that period before requesting another.
Supercell ID uses email verification codes for passwordless sign-in. Supercell’s support guidance does not establish a universal delivery time or identify which provider may be blocking a particular message, so avoid assuming that waiting a specific number of minutes will resolve every case.

If the code is an Account Protection SMS
Account Protection can use SMS verification, but its troubleshooting is different from email sign-in. Supercell recommends these checks when an SMS code does not arrive:
- Make sure your connection is stable, then toggle airplane mode off and on.
- Check whether you can receive other SMS messages.
- On Android, check the SMS spam folder.
- If you requested too many codes in a short time, wait a couple of hours before trying again.
Supercell says Account Protection is unavailable in Belarus, Russia, China, Iran, Vietnam, Cuba, and North Korea. This regional limitation applies to Account Protection, not generally to Supercell ID email codes. See Supercell’s Account Protection guidance for details.

If you can’t access the linked email
If you can’t open the address currently connected to your Supercell ID, Supercell’s email-change instructions direct you to contact Support. Open the game’s Settings > Help & Support, then tap the message bubble to start a conversation. The official support site provides general support information.

Never share a Supercell ID code with someone who contacts you unexpectedly, even if they claim to be Support. Supercell says to provide codes to Support only during a conversation you initiated through in-game Help and Support. See its Supercell ID safety guidance.
