What does Joja Cola do in Terraria?
It grants a short Well Fed buff
Drinking Joja Cola grants the Well Fed buff, which provides minor improvements to all stats for two minutes, according to the Official Terraria Wiki.
It can summon a Junimo and produce a Stardrop
Hold Joja Cola while speaking to the Dryad and select Purify. A Junimo appears and drops a Stardrop. The Official Terraria Wiki says this interaction can be repeated without limit.

The Official Terraria Wiki lists fishing as the way to obtain it: there is a 1-in-8 chance of catching Joja Cola instead of a junk item. The wiki page does not date that probability, so treat it as the listed game mechanic rather than a separately dated statistic.
