Why Isn’t Your Daily Order Showing in Helldivers 2?

As of October 8, 2026, Arrowhead’s current known-issues list does not identify missing Personal Orders as a confirmed bug. The list is explicitly not exhaustive, however, so an absent order could still be an unlisted issue. Arrowhead also announced a planned replacement system, Personal Campaign Progression, but the official information available by that date does not confirm whether it had launched. What “Daily Order” means in Helldivers 2

Players commonly call the game’s Personal Order a “daily order.” Arrowhead’s official term in its June 2026 announcement is Personal Order; the announcement does not establish that every order is daily or explain a schedule for an individual missing order.

Why your Personal Order may be missing

A planned system change may be relevant, but is not a confirmed explanation

In June 2026, Game Director Mikael Eriksson said Personal Orders were being transformed into Personal Campaign Progression: a personal reward track tied to each Galactic War Campaign. He said the change would not launch alongside Galactic War Campaigns and was planned for later in 2026. Galactic War Campaigns were described as lasting roughly one to three weeks; that is the campaign format, not the duration of a daily order. Arrowhead’s June 2026 announcement

That announcement is a roadmap, not confirmation that Personal Orders were removed or that the replacement had gone live. Arrowhead’s October 5, 2026 version 7.0.0 notes describe campaign and progression updates but do not document the transition to Personal Campaign Progression or a fix for missing orders. The available official information therefore does not settle whether the new system had shipped or been activated by October 8. Arrowhead’s version 7.0.0 notes

It could be an unlisted or individual issue

Arrowhead’s known-issues page, updated October 8, 2026, lists common confirmed problems and says it is not exhaustive. Missing Personal Orders are not named there. That means the page does not confirm a current tracked order-visibility bug; it does not prove that no player is affected. The official sources do not diagnose an individual account, platform, region, or client state, and they publish no figure for how many players currently have this problem.

What to do if the order is still absent

1. Check the current known-issues list: Review Arrowhead’s Known Issues for a new or related entry. Because the list is not exhaustive, no listing is not a definitive all-clear.
2. Report the problem to Arrowhead: Use the reporting route linked from the known-issues page, or submit a ticket through Arrowhead Support if the support center does not answer your question.
3. Include useful details: Give your platform, game version, approximate time the order went missing, and a screenshot if possible. These details help support investigate what you saw.

Arrowhead’s published information does not specify a guaranteed response time or a universal in-game reset procedure. Reinstalling the game, changing hardware, or buying an accessory is not an established remedy for this issue.

Why older search results may mention a known bug

Arrowhead’s February 2024 patch announcement did list “New Personal Orders are not showing” among known issues. That confirms the display problem occurred historically, but it does not establish that the same bug is active now or that any past cause or fix applies to a current case.
