iPhone and iPad players must redeem on the web
The official KOF AFK forum notice dated March 9, 2026, says iOS players cannot enter coupons inside the game. On an iPhone or iPad, use the web coupon page instead of searching the app for a coupon-entry button. The absence of an in-game control on iOS is therefore expected, not evidence that your account is broken. Read the official forum notice.

Follow this troubleshooting sequence
Work through these steps in order. They separate a coupon that cannot be accepted from a reward that has already been accepted but has not appeared in the game.
- Open the official page. Go to https://coupon.netmarble.com/kofafk, rather than relying on an in-game menu that may not exist on iOS.
- Enter the member code. Use the member code for the account that owns the intended KOF AFK player. Do not substitute a display name when the form requests the member code.
- Enter the coupon code. Copy the code from its official announcement. If you type it manually, check every character before submitting.
- Review the PID choices. If the account has more than one player name or server, select the exact player that should receive the reward. The official notice says a reward already issued to one player cannot be transferred to another.
- Submit once. Wait for the page to complete the request instead of repeatedly pressing the button. The official materials limit a coupon to one successful use per account.
- Return to KOF AFK and open Mail. Rewards are delivered to the game’s Mailbox, not directly to an inventory screen. Delivery can take some time.
- Reconnect if Mail is empty. Close and reopen the game, or otherwise reconnect your session, then check Mail again. This is the official forum’s guidance for a reward that has not appeared.
- Escalate only after those checks. If the coupon is within its validity period, has not been used, was assigned to the right player, and still produces no reward after reconnecting, use Netmarble’s customer-support route available through its game services.

The official coupon page specifically describes expired coupons and coupons whose rewards have already been sent as non-redeemable. The forum announcement supplies the one-use, PID-selection and reconnect details. Official coupon instructions and the March 9, 2026 forum notice are the controlling references for these cases.
Expired coupons: verify the dates before troubleshooting anything else
Where to find the validity period
Return to the official event, livestream, maintenance, or community announcement that published the code. The end date in that announcement determines whether the code is still eligible. There is no official recovery for an expired code

Choosing the right player and server in the PID flow
The member-code process can present more than one linked player/server account. Treat that screen as a required recipient selection, not as an optional confirmation. Compare the displayed player name and server with the character you currently use before pressing submit.

- One entry shown: Confirm that its player and server are the ones you intend to reward, then continue.
- Several entries shown: Select the exact target. Do not assume the first entry is your active character.
- You selected the wrong entry: The official notice says an issued reward cannot be transferred. Check the other player’s Mailbox before reporting a missing delivery.
This selection matters only before the reward is issued. It is not a post-redemption sorting option.
When the coupon worked but the reward is missing
Check Mail, not just your inventory
Netmarble says coupon rewards are sent to the game’s Mailbox and may take some time to arrive. Open the in-game Mail screen and look for a new message or claimable attachment. A successful web submission does not necessarily add the items directly to the screen where you normally spend them.
Refresh the game session
If Mail is empty immediately after redemption, reconnect to KOF AFK and check again. The forum notice specifically recommends reconnecting when a reward is missing. For account-linked rewards in the official web shop, Netmarble likewise tells players to restart the game and check again; that restart advice supports refreshing a stale session, but it does not turn an expired or already-used coupon into a valid one.
