Roblox Support says it cannot manually change account settings, verify an ID for you, or remove an age verification. If your birthday is wrong, the documented fix is to try the birthday-edit control in your account settings; the available steps depend on your age-check status, account setup, and region.
Why Roblox Support may not change your birthday
Roblox’s Understanding Age Checks on Roblox article says: “Our customer support team cannot manually verify IDs, remove existing verifications, or update your account settings.” That is why asking an agent to directly edit your birthday may not work. Support can offer guidance, but Roblox does not promise that it can override the restriction for an individual account.
How to correct a birthday in your account

Sign in to Roblox. On desktop, open Settings using the gear icon; on mobile, open the three-dot menu.

Choose Account Info.

Select the pencil icon beside your birthday, enter the correct date, and follow the prompts. These steps are described in Roblox’s How to Change Your Username.

The flow may ask for government-ID verification or parental consent. If the birthday pencil is missing or the flow asks for verification, follow the option Roblox presents for that account. The available control can depend on account status and region.

If Roblox put you in the wrong age-check group
An incorrect birthday and an incorrect age-check result are related but distinct issues. Roblox’s How to Change Your Age guidance says an account mistakenly checked as 18+ can undo that status once per account. In a different case, if you report that you are 13 or older but Roblox estimates you as under 13, Roblox provides a 48-hour grace period before the result becomes final unless you accept it sooner.
Use the relevant option in Roblox’s age-check flow rather than treating an age-group result as a routine birthday edit. The one-time undo and grace period apply to those specific age-check cases; they are not a general promise that every account can reverse a restriction.

Age verification, privacy, and feature access
Roblox describes facial age estimation and government-ID verification as age-check methods. Its guidance says facial estimation uses images or video of your face, and that Roblox does not receive or store biometric data from that estimation process; Roblox identifies Persona as its current third-party facial-estimation partner. Start any check only through the flow launched inside Roblox account settings—do not send an ID or face video through an unsolicited third-party link. Roblox describes age groups including under 9, 9–12, 13–15, 16–17, and 18+. Access to age-appropriate games and features can also depend on settings and region. Correcting a birthday does not necessarily unlock a particular feature: an age check or other feature restrictions may still apply.

What to do if the option is unavailable

Check whether you are signed into the account whose birthday needs correction, then look again under Settings > Account Info.

If the account is linked to a parent and is eligible, have the linked parent check the child’s profile in Parental Controls.
