XboxAchievements lists 40 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore for the Xbox version. That is a third-party Xbox list, not a confirmed cross-platform total. The official PlayStation product page confirms a PS5 release, and Steam lists Steam Achievements, but the sources cited here do not establish the complete PS5 trophy grades or whether the platform lists are identical. Compare the live list on the platform you play before using a checklist from another version.
The game is a single-player Soulslike action RPG. Its story follows Wuchang, a pirate warrior in the final years of China’s Ming Dynasty, through Shu, where a phenomenon called Feathering mutates people into monsters. Sony lists the PS5 release date as July 24, 2025; Steam lists the PC release date as July 23, 2025. PowerPyx distinguishes unique collectibles from some common blue consumables and weapon-upgrade feathers. According to its guide, some of those non-unique items can be bought later after shop upgrades; they are not part of its unique trophy-collectible checklist. You do not need to sweep up every ordinary pickup solely for completion unless a specific objective requires it.

The Xbox list includes requirements associated with answering all riddles, acquiring all weapons, collecting all Jade Pendants, fully enhancing and purifying the Manna Vase, and activating every Shrine. NPC quests, bosses and endings
PowerPyx counts 18 NPC questlines tied to various trophies and 24 bosses, of which 20 award trophies. Treat those figures as the specialist guide’s route counts, not a promise that every platform presents them with identical wording.

The four ending trophies listed by PowerPyx are Dream’s Sweet Deceit, Successor of the Bo, Bound by Fate’s Threads and Jarful of Medicine. If you are avoiding story-outcome spoilers, stop here and consult only the platform’s hidden-trophy entries when you are ready. Because the endings and NPC questlines are story-linked, plan to monitor quests during the main progression rather than treating all four ending trophies as routine cleanup.
