What the March 2023 update added
2K said the Season 9 update was released on March 29, 2023. Its March 30 announcement introduced the WrestleMania 39 card tier, featuring Superstars and Legends including Roman Reigns, The Rock, Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch and John Cena. It also described a Special Edition “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes card and themed Cody Rhodes equipment. The announcement is available in the 2K Newsroom, and it appears in the WWE SuperCard news archive.

The announcement also mentioned an In Your House event running through April 4 and Twitch drops across WrestleMania weekend. It did not list QR codes, identify QR-code rewards, or say that the named cards were available through QR redemption.
Are there confirmed March 2023 QR codes and rewards?
Not from the cited official March update. Without an exact code and a reliable source tying it to a reward, claims that a particular March code gave a particular card should be treated as unverified. The update’s card lineup is not evidence of QR-code rewards.

What QR redemption history does confirm
WWE documented a separate historical promotion in 2016 involving physical WWE SuperTokens. Packages included QR codes that players could scan with an in-game WWE SuperCard QR scanner to unlock cards, as described in WWE’s SuperToken report. That confirms QR redemption existed in the game’s history; it does not establish that codes were issued in March 2023 or reveal their rewards.
Promotional terms can include deadlines: 2K’s 2023 RoboCop promotion, for example, described an activation through May 31, 2023. That separate promotion is not evidence of the terms or validity of any March QR code.

Can a March 2023 code still be redeemed?
The sources cited here do not establish that any purported March 2023 code remains usable today. The current Apple App Store listing provides storefront information about the game, not proof that a historical code is valid. Treat a current redemption claim as unverified unless a reliable source confirms the exact code and its present status.
