Yooka-Replaylee: All 8 Pagie Puzzle Piece Locations in Glitterglaze Glacier

Glitterglaze Glacier has eight Pagie Puzzle Pieces—also called Pagie Pieces or Puzzle Pieces—and collecting all eight automatically turns them into two Pagies. One piece is locked behind the snowplough transformation, so unlock that form before searching the snow mound.

These directions are for Yooka-Replaylee, whose collectible layout differs from the original Yooka-Laylee. The game’s developer describes Pagie Pieces as a new collectible that unlocks additional bonuses; the individual location directions below are documented by walkthroughs rather than Playtonic’s commentary.

1. Fighting ring near the Snowman

   Find the fighting ring by the Snowman and ice-float section. Defeat every enemy that appears. The piece emerges from the ground after the wave is cleared; it is not waiting in the ring beforehand.

2. Glittering tree near the eastern cave challenge

   Near the cave challenge on the eastern side of the level, cross the water back toward the Snowman beside a glittering tree. Hit the tree to knock the piece down.

3. Snow mound near Plough Roy

   This piece is buried in a snow mound and requires the snowplough transformation. Find the Mollycool, take it to Dr. Puzz to unlock the transformation, then boost through the mound to uncover the piece.

4. Chest on the upper wall

   Reach the southeastern pressure plate and activate the suspended platforms. Use them to cross to the upper wall, then open the chest at the far end.

5. Lower ledge circling the tower

   From the elevated route, drop to the lower ledge that runs around the tower. The piece is on this ledge, below the upper path.

6. Ice platform with three stone enemies

   Go to the ice platform and defeat all three stone enemies to trigger the piece. MapMaster recommends using Laylee’s Sonar Shot to stun them and push them into the water.

7. Icymetric Palace, first room

   In the palace’s first room, look above Vendi for the caged area. Use Sonar Shot to reveal the invisible moving platforms, then ride them up to the piece.

8. Snowball hill

   Push the large snowball out of the way. Then use Buddy Slam on the glowing spot in the ice to reveal the buried piece.

How the pieces become Pagies

In each Grand Tome world, every four Puzzle Pieces automatically fuse into one Pagie. Glitterglaze Glacier’s eight pieces therefore yield two Pagies. MapMaster counts 40 pieces and 10 resulting Pagies across the game’s five Grand Tome worlds.
