The three most specific discoveries are flower-pot-topped gonks on Toshara, a rare rancor in an Akiva survey room, and Boba Fett in Jabba’s Palace. The other picks below are franchise references worth watching for, not all confirmed secrets. This is a curated fan list, not an official ranking.
Star Wars Outlaws launched on August 30, 2024, for PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, according to StarWars.com. Its most compelling Easter eggs reward paying attention to small environmental details and familiar faces; several other entries are better described as lore callbacks than hidden finds.

The clearest hidden discoveries
1. Flower-pot gonks on Toshara
In Crimson Dawn territory on Toshara, look for a few gonks with flower pots perched on their square heads. StarWars.com calls out the odd sight and notes that the dynamic pots can be shot. It is a small, playful environmental gag rather than a major quest reward. Source: StarWars.com.

2. A rare rancor in an Akiva survey room
In the survey room at the Akiva compound biolab, the usual predators may be replaced by a rancor. StarWars.com describes the chance as “1 in 100”; that is the figure stated by the article, not an independently measured spawn rate. The possibility makes this one of the list’s most unusual finds, but the source does not give a guaranteed trigger or route. Source: StarWars.com.

The appearance is easy to miss if you treat the delivery as a quick objective and leave without looking around. StarWars.com identifies the cameo, but does not provide a precise path through the palace. Source: StarWars.com.
Character and story callbacks
4. Qi’ra
Qi’ra, introduced in Solo: A Star Wars Story, is among the characters Kay can interact with in Outlaws. Her presence is a meaningful connection to the wider underworld stories, but the official roundup presents it as a character appearance, not necessarily a concealed Easter egg. Source: StarWars.com.

5. Hondo Ohnaka
The Weequay pirate Hondo Ohnaka also appears. Fans may recognize him from earlier animated Star Wars stories; StarWars.com additionally connects him to the game’s A Pirate’s Fortune DLC installment. His appearance is a franchise callback, rather than a secret location identified by the source. Source: StarWars.com.

6. Temmin “Snap” Wexley on Akiva
The official roundup names Temmin “Snap” Wexley, the character from The Force Awakens, and connects him with Akiva. The reference is a nice link between the game’s setting and the sequel-era films; the source does not describe a special hidden trigger for finding him. Source: StarWars.com.

Props and places that reward recognition
7. Rhydonium barrels
Watch for red explosive barrels filled with rhydonium, a volatile material familiar from The Clone Wars, Rebels and Andor. Their function in the game is immediately legible; the lore connection is the extra detail for fans. StarWars.com flags them as a recognizable callback, not as a hidden collectible. Source: StarWars.com.
8. Docking Bay 94 and the Millennium Falcon
Tatooine’s Docking Bay 94 recalls the location where the Millennium Falcon is first seen in A New Hope. The official roundup points out the landmark as a recognizable film connection. Its value is in seeing a familiar place in the game’s version of the galaxy, rather than uncovering a separately documented secret. Source: StarWars.com.

9. Tosche Station
Tosche Station is the oft-mentioned Tatooine location associated with Luke Skywalker; the roundup notes that it had appeared in deleted scenes from the original film. Seeing the name or place in Outlaws makes it a deeper-cut nod than a reference to one of the saga’s most famous landmarks. Source: StarWars.com.

Two Tatooine details round out this fan list. StarWars.com mentions a toy Skyhopper associated with young Luke, given to him by Obi-Wan in the Obi-Wan Kenobi limited series, and also calls attention to a Krayt Dragon in the desert’s far reaches. The Skyhopper is a prop callback; the dragon is a large-scale creature detail. The source does not give exact coordinates for either. Source: StarWars.com.

How to find more without treating every reference as a secret
Ubisoft’s developer tips emphasize exploration rather than a single universal route. Visit cantinas for rumors and characters, listen to conversations that may point toward stashes or credits, and check side spaces such as alleys and markets. A speeder can reach some otherwise inaccessible places; Nix can steal, distract, press buttons, access spaces Kay cannot, and lead toward hidden treasure. Developers also point to syndicate vaults, hidden high-roller rooms in cantinas, and Easter eggs in Jabba’s Palace and behind debris in a city alley. Ubisoft’s tips feature offers the broad approach, but not exact routes for every discovery listed here.
Creative Director Julian Gerighty described the appeal of slowing down to notice “the micro stories from the people chatting and cantinas that you can eavesdrop on and pick up on, and then decide to go track those stories.” Narrative Director Navid Khavari said the team aimed to honor the franchise and added, “If there was an opportunity for an Easter egg, it was going in.” Both comments appear in Ubisoft’s launch feature.
