The plans below are announcements, not confirmation that each feature launched as described.
What the final 2025 roadmap covered
Amazon Games’ Part 4 roadmap covered October through December. Its central November plans were Kazeros Raid Act 4, the Kazeros Denouement raid, and Ark Grid, a new endgame progression system. October’s plan included a North American region merge, a raid-prelude questline and seasonal activities; December’s section previewed continuing content, quality-of-life changes, holiday events and cosmetics.
Part 4 was the final 2025 roadmap, not a statement that the game was ending. The official Lost Ark news index now lists 2026 updates and a 2026 roadmap, placing this article in its historical context: Lost Ark news.
October 2025 plans
North American region merge
The roadmap planned to merge NA West and NA East one week before the major October update. It said servers and rosters would not merge. If two players contested a character name, the player with the highest-level character on the roster would keep it; if their highest character levels tied, the earlier-created name would prevail. The guild name would go to the guild created first. Amazon also planned to remove data for permanently banned bot accounts whose bans were more than a year old.

Kazeros Raid Prelude: Destined Trajectory
This roster-once prologue questline was intended to set up the final conflict. Entry required the Act 1–3 prologue quests, the Rimeria World Quest and Hyper Awakening quests. Completing it was to be required before entering Kazeros Act 4.
Ark Pass, Lucky Box and competitive updates
The October Ark Pass was planned to include Mist Knight skins, cat mounts and cat pets. Daily and special missions would award Lucky Boxes, with possible honing materials, trade items, cards or a Surprise Box that could contain special items.
The roadmap also planned a Korean balance patch alongside Kazeros and Proving Grounds Season 7. Season 7 was to add Three Champions Game Mode and quality-of-life changes, including top-ranked builds in the Book of Coordination.
November’s Kazeros raids: order, gates and item levels
The roadmap laid out two consecutive 8-player, two-gate raids. The second raid had a prerequisite beyond item level: players had to clear Act 4 Gate 2 at any difficulty before entering the Denouement. The thresholds below are the item levels announced in the September 2025 roadmap, not confirmation of current release requirements.

| Raid | Order and prerequisite | Party and gates | Announced item-level entry |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kazeros Raid Act 4 — Fortress of Destruction | First of the two announced raids | 8 players; 2 gates | Normal: 1700+; Hard: 1720+ |
| Kazeros Raid Denouement — The Last Day | Requires clearing Act 4 Gate 2 at any difficulty. Kazeros’ true form appears in Gate 2. | 8 players; 2 gates | Normal: 1710+; Hard: 1730+; The First: 1740+ |
For Denouement, the roadmap said Normal and Hard would unlock after a group cleared The First and the next regular maintenance took place. The First difficulty was to have no revives. These conditions make the Denouement’s access more than a simple item-level check: the Act 4 clear was a prerequisite, and the roadmap described a separate unlock sequence for Normal and Hard.
What Ark Grid was designed to do
Ark Grid was presented as a new endgame progression system built around Cores and Gems. Cores supply effects, while Gems unlock those effects and add combat enhancements. The roadmap divided Cores into class-specific Order Cores and universal Chaos Cores, with six core effects organized around Sun, Moon and Star themes across the two types.
Planned Core sources included Kazeros Act 4 and Denouement. Planned sources for Order and Chaos Gems included Kurzan Front Nefta Operations, Drextalas and Kratios Guardian Raids, auctions in Chaos Gates at item level 1700+, and crafting through a new NPC. Activities at item level 1700+ were also slated to receive Fate Ember drops containing Ark Grid Gems.
Other November progression and seasonal plans
Events and new-player support
A Kazeros Challenge event and an Express Event were planned to support new and returning players progressing through content or building an alternate character. Mokoko Bootcamp was also set to return with changes informed by player feedback.

Activities at item level 1720
The roadmap named four updated activities for item level 1720: Kratios Guardian Raid, a higher Kurzan Front level, a higher Ebony Cube level and a new Chaos Gate. It separately described Fate Ember drops containing Ark Grid Gems for activities at item level 1700+.
Paradise Season 2
Paradise Season 2 was planned to add Orbs with new effects. The earlier Part 3 roadmap described Paradise as a seasonal progression system created for the global version, with three activities:
- Elysian: Waves of monsters and Paradise-only gear.
- Crucible: One-on-one boss battles powered largely by that gear; players earned an Orb here.
- Hell: A 100-floor dungeon entered with Hell Keys.
Paradise gear reset between seasons, while the Orb carried power outside Paradise and scaled with seasonal progression. That distinction matters: the seasonal gear was confined to Paradise, but the Orb’s effects extended beyond it.

Part 4 said November’s content and events would continue into December. It also planned another batch of quality-of-life changes, holiday events and cosmetics. It did not enumerate every December feature, so the roadmap should not be read as a complete December update list.

How Part 4 fit into Lost Ark’s 2025 plans
The prior installment, Part 3, published July 1, 2025, covered July through September and previewed later-year content. It announced Solo Aegir and an easier Solo Raid difficulty, Mokoko Bootcamp, a Skin Book, Una’s Task adjustments, balance updates and bound-gem improvements. It also planned Valkyrie, an advanced class with support and damage builds, for August, plus the limited-time Assault — Rimeria for September.
Assault — Rimeria was described as a one-to-four-player event dungeon and an eight-player, one-gate raid. The announced dungeon entry levels were 1660+ Normal and 1700+ Hard; the raid levels were 1680+ Normal and 1720+ Hard. These are Part 3 roadmap figures, not a statement of current requirements.
Earlier still, Part 1, published December 17, 2024, outlined the Winter Soloist update with Solo Mode additions Thaemine and Echidna, Kazeros Act 2 and Tier 4 Bracelets, and the Wild Soul advanced class with progression events. Its summary said March and later plans were still being developed at that time.
Roadmap plans versus released content
Lost Ark roadmaps describe intended plans, and the team explicitly cautioned in Part 3: “As always, since Lost Ark is a live-service game, plans may shift, but we’re excited to reveal what’s ahead—let’s dive into the upcoming content and systems arriving in the second half of the year.” For that reason, the dates, features and thresholds in these roadmaps should not be treated as proof that every item shipped on schedule or unchanged.
