There are seven Mossberries to find across Pharloom. You need only three to complete the Berry Picking Wish and earn Druid’s Eye; collect all seven to unlock the later Druid’s Eyes upgrade. The locations below are grouped by region, so you can stop after the first three or continue for the full set.
Quick route: get three Mossberries for Berry Picking
For the quest reward, start with the two Moss Grotto berries, then collect the one in the hidden passage near the Moss Druid. Together they make the three required for the Berry Picking Wish.
Moss Grotto: upper platform
In the upper part of Moss Grotto, northwest of the starting area, look for a berry on a platform near the top-right of the room. It is reachable during your first trip through the area.
Moss Grotto: hanging from the ceiling
Another berry hangs high in the eastern cavern. A normal jump will not reach it. Use a pogo jump off an enemy or return later with Swift Step, then swipe the berry while airborne.

Near the Moss Druid
Search for a hidden corridor close to the Moss Druid’s home. An Aknid below the Druid carries the berry; defeat it to release the fruit.

The remaining berries are spread across Bone Bottom and Bonegrave, Weavenest Atla, and Memorium. Carried berries come from Aknids: strike the carrier to make it drop the Mossberry.

Bone Bottom and Bonegrave: Aknid carriers
Look above Bone Bottom and above Bonegrave for Aknids carrying berries. Another carrier is found in the area near the Moss Druid described above. A route description may place one of these near a shortcut elevator or at the end of a platforming stretch. In Act 3, one Aknid moves one room east, so check the adjacent room if it is not where you expect.
Weavenest Atla: hidden room west of the bench
From the bench, head west and find the concealed path into a hidden room. Climb the platforms inside to reach the berry hanging from the ceiling.

Memorium: room east of the bench
The final berry is in the room east of the bench, near the bench itself. Memorium is reached later in the game, and Double Jump is needed to access this area.

The in-game item description, reproduced by the Hollow Knight Wiki, calls Mossberry “Sweet fruit that grows in moist environments. Its seeds are toxic to most creatures.”
