No. The ARAYA Steam store FAQ says the game was optimized for VR but can be played with or without a headset. Its listing names Oculus Rift and HTC VIVE support, and also lists keyboard and mouse or an Xbox controller as input options. These are the devices and controls stated on the listing; it does not confirm compatibility with newer headset models.
