ARC Raiders update 1.20.0 added the Rawhide outfit and two haircuts, adjusted the Il Toro shotgun, fixed several audio and collision issues, and cut the Energy Clips sell price. It was a balance-and-maintenance update, not a major content expansion. Embark’s notes said the update was rolling out across platforms and advised players to restart the game to download it. This is a historical patch: Embark’s release-notes index lists later updates, so 1.20.0 is not the current build.
When did ARC Raiders update 1.20.0 arrive?
Nexon’s regional official announcement dates the update March 17, 2026. Embark’s Help Center page was last updated March 18, 2026. The rollout covered platforms, and Embark advised restarting the game to download the update. See Embark’s release-notes index for updates published after 1.20.0.

What changed in the Il Toro?
Version 1.20.0 reduced the Il Toro’s listed damage and fire rate, increased its dispersion and reload times, and made damage fall off more sharply with distance. The figures below are the official before-and-after game parameters; they are not results from a controlled play test.

Why Embark changed it
Embark’s developer note said the tuning targeted the Il Toro’s damage per second and effectiveness at range, especially when paired with a choke. The stated aim was to make the weapon perform more like its rarity: less versatile at lower upgrade levels and more dependent on upgrades and mods. The note also singled out the slower fire rate and longer reload as changes that make positioning, cover, and timing more important.

What the numbers mean in practice
Within version 1.20.0, the combined changes made the Il Toro less forgiving: it fired more slowly, took longer to reload, spread its shots more, and lost more damage with distance. That points toward closer attention to range and opportunities to reload safely. Later balance updates may have changed the weapon again, so these figures should not be treated as present-day advice.
Why did Energy Clips become cheaper?
Update 1.20.0 reduced Energy Clips’ sell price from 1,000 coins to 200 coins—an 80% decrease. Embark said the clips had become an unintentionally profitable craft and that the adjustment was intended to align their value with other crafts.
