What the game is about
TT Games developed LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, and Warner Bros. Games published it. Its original story draws on Batman films, television, comics and games, following Bruce Wayne from training with the League of Shadows to becoming Gotham’s protector. As the campaign develops, he builds a circle of allies that includes Jim Gordon, Catwoman, Robin, Nightwing and Batgirl. The publisher’s DC overview also names villains including the Joker, Penguin, Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, Bane and Ra’s al Ghul.
How gameplay and Gotham work

Combat, gadgets and vehicles

Equipment varies by character: Batman can use Batarangs and the Batclaw, Jim Gordon has a Foam Sprayer, Robin uses a Cable Launcher, and Catwoman fights with her whip. The FAQ lists more than 20 vehicles, including the Tumbler, as well as 100 suits and outfits.
Solo and co-op play
You can play alone or with another person in two-player local co-op. The game does not offer online co-op, so a friend cannot join your campaign over the internet.
