To complete Celeste’s Journals in ARC Raiders, find both journals in Dam Battlegrounds, extract with them in the same round, then deliver them to Celeste. One is inside South Swamp Outpost; the other is at Raider Outpost East, the northern outpost overlooking Red Lakes.
Before you start
The ARC Raiders Wiki lists Back on Top as the prerequisite for Celeste’s Journals. The quest requires both journals in one round, so plan to visit both outposts and extract before ending the raid. ARC Raiders Wiki quest listing

Where to find the two journals
1. South Swamp Outpost
Travel to South Swamp Outpost in the southwestern swamp area of Dam Battlegrounds. Enter the outpost and search the bed in the small room near the entrance. Guides describe the journal as being on a corner of the bed; look for the marked bed and interact with it to retrieve the journal. GameSpot walkthrough · PC Gamer walkthrough
2. Raider Outpost East, north of Red Lakes
The quest objective describes the second location as the northern outpost overlooking Red Lakes. PC Gamer identifies it as Raider Outpost East, northeast of the Power Generation Complex and Generator Hall. Go inside its small structure and search the marked bed for the second journal. Extract and deliver both journals
Once you have both, leave Dam Battlegrounds with them and deliver them to Celeste. The extraction is part of the objective: finding the journals is not enough if you fail to get them out in the same round. GameSpot walkthrough
Choose a loadout for the risk you want to take
The trip between the outposts is long. GameSpot recommends bringing a safe-pocket augment, a decent weapon, and enough ammunition. PC Gamer notes that a free loadout can also make sense if you want to limit the value you risk losing; a single safe pocket protects only one journal unless your augment provides more. Consider the extraction route carefully
PC Gamer suggests Generator Hall extraction may be convenient after collecting the northern journal, but warns that other Raiders and a patrolling Rocketeer can make it dangerous. Treat this as route advice, not a guarantee: extraction availability and conditions can vary by raid.
Quest rewards
The ARC Raiders Wiki lists the reward package as one Magnetic Accelerator, three Heavy Gun Parts, and one Exodus Module.
