To complete “Keeping an Eye Out” in ARC Raiders, deploy to Blue Gate, find Bilguun’s Shelter in the broken highway near the southern edge of Barren Clearing, then photograph the marking on the shelter’s back wall with your in-game camera. The route clue can be vague, so use Adorned Wreckage and the southwest boundary as landmarks.
Where to start Keeping an Eye Out
Accept the quest and deploy to Blue Gate. Most consulted guides and the quest database name Celeste as the quest giver, but Keengamer lists Tian Wen instead. The available sources do not establish whether that difference reflects an error or a game-version change; check the quest screen in your current client if you need to confirm the giver.
How to find Bilguun’s Shelter
- Head toward the southern edge of Barren Clearing and look for the collapsed highway.
- If the objective marker is not useful, orient yourself from Adorned Wreckage in southern Blue Gate and move toward the southwest boundary by the destroyed highway. PC Gamer notes that the clue can be misleading.
- Look for an opening in the broken highway and drop down into Bilguun’s Shelter. Take care on the descent: the entry can cause fall damage.
How to complete the shelter objective
Inside the shelter, use the in-game camera to photograph the artwork or eye marking on the back wall. Walkthroughs report that this completes the clue objective, described in the quest database as searching for signs of Bilguun.
Keeping an Eye Out rewards
The quest database and PC Gamer list five Pulse Mines and one Flame Spray as rewards. These are in-game items. GameSpot does not report an extraction item as necessary for completing the quest.
