Choose the weapon you want and use Arsenal Tickets to purchase it directly. Confirm the transaction in the game client.
Gryphline’s 25 June 2026 notice says Arsenal Tickets can be used in Arsenal Exchange to “directly purchase weapons.” It does not give individual prices, so use the value displayed beside the item in your client rather than relying on an assumed or outdated cost. Gryphline’s official notice

Check the current stock and price in-game
The publisher says some purchasable weapons may be updated from time to time and directs players to the Acquisition Center’s Arsenal Exchange screen for the available offers. If you do not see a particular weapon, it may not be in the current offer list; the notice does not specify an update schedule.
Arsenal Exchange versus Arsenal Issue
| Feature | Arsenal Exchange | Arsenal Issue |
|---|---|---|
| What you get | A weapon you select from the current exchange offers. | Ten random weapons from the issue’s available list per issue. |
| Currency | Arsenal Tickets, according to Gryphline’s 25 June 2026 notice. | Arsenal Tickets, according to Gryphline’s official notice. |
| Certainty of a target weapon | Direct purchase of the listed weapon. | Random results; the notice says each issue includes at least one 5-star-or-better weapon. |
| Price or odds in the cited notices | Not stated; check the live exchange screen. | Not stated; check the live issue screen. |
| Reward-counter carryover | Not stated for Arsenal Exchange. | Cumulative issue rewards are specific to each banner and reset when that banner ends; they do not carry over to another Arsenal Issue banner. |
These are different outcomes: the exchange buys a selected weapon, while an issue produces random weapons. The official notices do not establish which route costs less or is more efficient, so compare the live price, offer list, and issue details before spending Tickets. Gryphline’s official notice

Does a story mission unlock Arsenal Exchange?
Gryphline’s July 2026 notice requires completing Chapter I Process I: Break the Siege to participate in the Arsenal Issue named in that notice. That is an issue participation requirement, not an established unlock condition for Arsenal Exchange. The available official information does not state an Exchange unlock requirement.
