Did Steam account for 27% of Shadows sales?
No. The report says Steam played a major role in PC performance, but the cited passage does not give a Steam-only percentage. It would be inaccurate to turn the 27% PC-activation figure into “27% of sales on Steam.”
What other launch figures did Ubisoft report?
Ubisoft’s FY2024-25 results also reported an average score of 91/100 across first-party stores and 160 million hours played at the reporting point. Ubisoft’s footnote says the score average used PlayStation, Xbox, Epic, and Steam store inputs. These company-reported reception and engagement figures are not unit-sales totals.

What did Ubisoft say about Shadows later?
In its July 23, 2026 report for Q1 FY2026-27, Ubisoft said the year-on-year decrease in net bookings mainly reflected a high comparison base: Q1 FY2025-26 had included significant bookings from Shadows after its March 2025 release. This shows the game affected the later financial comparison, but the statement is not a revised total-sales figure for Shadows. Ubisoft’s investor-relations reports provide the company’s financial updates.
