You can make an offering at its shrines for a saving-throw blessing, or enter the locked basement hatch for optional loot. The basement is trapped, and taking items from its offering chests can curse the thief.
Where to find the Stormshore Tabernacle
In the Lower City, head west of the barracks to reach the Stormshore Tabernacle. A locked hatch in a corner of the building leads down to the basement. The location and hatch route are described in the GameFAQs walkthrough.
Make an offering for a saving-throw blessing
Offering enough gold at a deity’s shrine can grant Anointed in Splendour, a condition that gives the character +2 to saving throws. Gale is an exception: the condition reference notes he can receive the blessing through his personal quest without donating. The reference does not establish a current, reliable donation threshold, so treat the amount required as unspecified rather than relying on a fixed figure. Larian’s Patch 3 notes say each god gained distinct visual effects for blessings and curses once enough gold was donated. That documents the change, but does not specify a threshold or confirm behavior for every current game build.

Optional basement: traps, loot, and the curse risk
The basement is a loot detour, not a required step for receiving the shrine blessing. The walkthrough warns of traps on the way in, including a pressure plate beyond a door. Move carefully and check the floor before advancing. Its offering chests contain consumables and other supplies as well as unique equipment; the route and room details are covered in the Bardic Knowledge walkthrough.
Warning: taking an item from an offering chest can inflict Castigated by Divinity. The condition reference also lists killing Vicar Humbletoes as a trigger. If you want to avoid the curse and its related consequences, leave the offerings alone. Details are in the Castigated by Divinity reference.

- Shield of Shielding: found in the Offerings to Helm chest.
- Hammer of the Just: found in the Offerings to Tyr chest.
