In Europe, selected participants were scheduled to receive an email notification on January 30 and access codes on February 11. The Americas used a separate, random-selection process, and signing up did not guarantee a code.

Registration in Europe was open from January 10 at 3 p.m. CEST through January 20 at 3 p.m. CEST. The rules say a completed application produced an on-screen confirmation. They describe allocation as first come, first served and the test as free, with a completed application and an internet-connected console required. European rules
Why might someone not have received a code?
The selection process depended on territory. In the Americas, Bandai Namco said winners would be chosen randomly, contacted by email, and that registration did not guarantee access. The platform update applied to North, Central, and South America; it also specified a minimum age of 17 and a valid PSN or Xbox account. Bandai Namco Americas platform update

In Europe, the published rules instead described a first-come, first-served allocation. Those regional descriptions should not be treated as one worldwide selection policy. If you registered in Europe, the stated confirmation was an on-screen message after completing the application; in the Americas, a signup alone was not confirmation of selection.
Which platforms were eligible for the test?
The closed test was limited to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Steam was not an eligible test platform: Bandai Namco said Steam had appeared in the registration form by mistake and asked affected applicants to switch to an eligible platform or remove themselves from the pool. Could a test code have a region issue?
Yes, a specific Bandai Namco notice dated February 14, 2025 warned that certain distributed PlayStation codes were valid only for PlayStation accounts registered in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, or Indonesia. Accounts registered in other regions could encounter redemption problems. The notice concerns those distributed codes; it does not establish that every test code worldwide had the same restriction.
