Best weapons by class in Season 4 All-Out Warfare
The recommendations below reflect a September 2026 Season 4 All-Out Warfare tier list and an October 7 tracker update. The two sources do not use one shared ranking method, so their positions are best treated as informed editorial guidance rather than a single definitive order.

How to choose the right meta weapon
A class leader is a starting point, not a guarantee that it will suit every match. The September tier list notes that grades can shift with map and engagement range, and that closed-weapon and open-weapon playlists use different rules. Check the playlist before settling on a weapon, then match the choice to how and where you expect to fight.
- Range and map: Favor a weapon that fits the distances you encounter. A ranking for general play may not translate to a map or route dominated by a different range.
- Handling and recoil: Consider whether you can keep the weapon controlled and on target. A theoretically higher-ranked option is of little help if its handling feels uncomfortable to you.
- Unlock access: Choose among weapons you can actually equip; an inaccessible top pick cannot improve your current loadout.
- Ease of use versus specialization: A broadly useful option such as the M4A1 may be preferable if you want flexibility, while another pick may make more sense for a narrower role or preferred engagement.
What changed—and what may change next
EA’s Game Update 1.4.3.0 notes, dated September 14, 2026, said the update was scheduled for September 15 alongside Season 4. EA described reticle and optic improvements, clearer attachment presentation, and fixes for weapon-specific issues; it did not publish an official multiplayer weapon ranking.

EA’s Season 5 and Beyond announcement says, “Weapon Balance Changes to increase more satisfying weapon engagement; this includes addressing the meta in REDSEC with forthcoming changes for the KTS100 Mk8, SCW-10, SVDM, SG553R, and KV9.” That statement is about forthcoming REDSEC changes. It does not confirm that Season 4 All-Out Warfare rankings have already changed.

The September list and October tracker are third-party rankings, not official EA evaluations. Their different SMG orders illustrate why a tier label should not be mistaken for a precise universal result. The reviewed sources do not provide named, measured usage rates, win rates, or pick rates to establish that one weapon performs best across the player population.

Use these lists to narrow your choices, then account for playlist rules, map, range, weapon access, and your own comfort. Revisit the rankings when EA’s announced REDSEC changes are released, particularly if you play that mode.
