For most builds, the current Sailor Piece Wiki guide recommends four pieces of Sacred Dominion. For a nuke-focused build, it recommends two Celestial Rupture pieces and two Sacred Dominion pieces instead. These are the wiki’s recommendations, not independently tested rankings; the guide does not provide exact drop odds.
How to unlock artifacts
- Reach level 2,500.
- Travel to Snow Island and speak with the Artifacts NPC. The stated one-time unlock cost is 500,000 Money and 500 Gems.
- Use the Artifact Milestone NPC beside the Artifacts NPC to track milestone progress.
According to the Sailor Piece Wiki artifact guide, each artifact obtained grants 1 Data Rank EXP. Milestones cap at level 40, and higher milestone levels improve the chance of obtaining higher-rarity artifacts. Listed rewards include Race Rerolls, Trait Rerolls, Haki Color Rerolls, and other utility rewards.
Which artifact set should you use?
The recommendations and bonuses below are reported by the community wiki. Choose based on your current build and farming access rather than treating the rankings as independently verified performance tests.

Where to farm the recommended sets
Sacred Dominion
The guide says Sacred Dominion can drop from any Sea 2 NPC and suggests Ice Queen, Cosmic Being, or Quake on Starter Island Sea 2 as farming options. It does not establish whether every NPC has the same drop rate, and it does not give reliable per-NPC odds. The individual Sacred Dominion piece names are also not established in the guide, so there is no supported exact percentage or piece-by-piece route to provide.

Celestial Rupture
For Celestial Rupture, the guide names mobs in Shinjuku, Valentine, Slime, Academy, and Judgement. It does not give per-mob drop percentages.
Abyssal Crown
The listed farming route for Abyssal Crown is Ninja and Lawless NPCs. The guide does not state exact drop rates for these enemies.

Artifact slots, main stats, and substats
Artifacts have four slots: Helmet, Gloves, Body, and Boots. Main-stat options vary by slot, and a piece cannot have its main stat repeated as a substat. For example, an artifact with Damage as its main stat cannot also roll Damage as a substat.

How to spend Dust on upgrades
The guide reports a maximum artifact level of 15 and a total cost of 287 Dust to upgrade one artifact from level 0 to level 15. Its suggested staged approach lets you assess substats before committing the full amount:
- Spend 82 Dust to reach level 9 and inspect the early substats.
- If the piece is worth keeping, spend another 84 Dust to reach level 12. The cumulative cost is 166 Dust.
- If it remains worth investing in, spend another 121 Dust to reach level 15, for a total of 287 Dust.
Dust comes from deleting unwanted artifacts. The guide reports that deleting a Legendary artifact returns 24 Dust, while deleting a max-level Legendary returns 96 Dust.
