There is no verified universal “best settings” preset for Tabletop TD yet. The game is planned for November 2026, and its official Steam listing currently gives only minimum PC requirements. It does not publish a recommended specification, target resolution, graphics preset, benchmark, or frame-rate target. You can still prepare a reliable performance setup: begin with the default profile, test a repeatable busy scene, lower resolution or render scale first, then reduce detail and shadows, and check your GPU, driver, and background load.
The published compatibility floor is Windows 10 64-bit version 21H1 (build 19043) or newer, an x64 processor with SSE2, 8 GB of RAM, a DirectX 11-capable graphics card with 2 GB of VRAM, DirectX 11, and 2 GB of available storage. Meeting that floor means the game should satisfy the stated compatibility requirement; it does not prove 1080p, 60 frames per second, a high preset, or stable late-wave and four-player performance.

What is confirmed about Tabletop TD performance
Tabletop TD is a tabletop-style tower-defense game from hummmmmmm, published by Leveritt Studio. The planned November 2026 release is intended to support solo play and online co-op for up to four players. Because the title is still pre-release, settings, optimization, and requirements can change before launch.

Can your PC run Tabletop TD smoothly?
Use the minimum list as a first check, then treat the result as provisional until a final build is available. A computer that matches the listed floor may launch the game once it is released, but there is no published evidence that it will maintain a particular frame rate or resolution.
Check Windows and system type
Open Settings > System > About in Windows and verify that the edition is 64-bit. In Settings > Windows Update, install updates if your system is below Windows 10 version 21H1 (build 19043). The listing specifies Windows 10 64-bit 21H1/build 19043 or newer; it does not list a 32-bit configuration.
Check the processor
The requirement is an x64 CPU with SSE2 support. Modern 64-bit desktop and laptop processors generally provide SSE2, but the requirement is the published criterion. Do not infer a specific processor model, core count, or clock speed from it; none is specified.
Check memory and storage
Confirm at least 8 GB of RAM and 2 GB of free storage. The storage figure is the listed minimum available space, not a recommendation for spare capacity, patch downloads, or operating-system headroom. Keeping additional free space is sensible for updates, but no larger game-install size has been published.
Check the graphics card and API
The GPU must support DirectX 11 and have at least 2 GB of VRAM. Windows can show the installed adapter and driver in Settings > System > Display > Advanced display; the DirectX Diagnostic Tool (dxdiag) can show the adapter, dedicated memory, and DirectX version. Integrated graphics should be judged by their actual DirectX 11 capability and available graphics memory, not by the name alone.

- QHD Resolution (2560 x 1440) has 1.7 times the pixel density of Full HD for incredibly detailed pinsharp images
- HDR10 provides brighter highlights and nuanced shadow for added depth - making every scene feel more vivid and realistic
- The 180Hz refresh rate minimizes lag for gameplay with ultra-smooth action. Plus, the 1ms response time helps capture your moves in real-time, allowing you to react fast for gaming precision
- AMD FreeSync reduces choppiness, screen lag and image tearing, ensuring that your fast-paced, complex in-game action is stable with minimal stutter
- Ergonomic stand allows for tilt, pivot and height adjustments to maximize gaming comfort
A system that passes all four checks meets the stated minimum baseline. It is still unknown whether it will deliver 1080p, 60 FPS, high settings, or consistent frame times in dense waves or four-player sessions.
Best provisional settings workflow
Until the developer publishes a final preset or performance data, the safest approach is controlled tuning rather than copying a supposedly universal list. Use the same scene and camera position when comparing changes so that each adjustment has a meaningful result.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute- Install the final available build and start with its default profile. Do not immediately disable every visual option. Defaults provide a reference point and may already select suitable settings for your hardware.
- Choose a repeatable busy scene. If the game exposes later waves, use one of those rather than the opening tutorial. If online co-op is available, also test a multiplayer scene with the number of players you expect to host. Record whether motion feels smooth and whether frame pacing worsens as units, effects, or defenses accumulate.
- Observe frame pacing, not only an average counter. A high average can still feel uneven if individual frames take much longer. Compare the same camera angle and activity after every change.
- Lower output resolution or render scale first when the GPU is the bottleneck. This reduces the number of pixels the graphics card must draw. Change one option at a time, keep the aspect ratio correct, and retest the same busy scene.
- Reduce detail and shadow quality next. General PC-game tuning guidance commonly recommends checking detail and shadow settings after resolution. These options can reduce scene complexity and shadow-map work while preserving a clearer image than a large resolution drop.
- Close background workloads. Shut down unnecessary applications, overlays, recording jobs, browser tabs, and downloads before comparing results. This is a troubleshooting measure, not an additional Tabletop TD requirement.
- Verify the active GPU and driver. On systems with integrated and discrete graphics, confirm that the game is assigned to the intended adapter in Settings > System > Display > Graphics. Install a current driver from the GPU manufacturer and restart before testing again.
- Keep a short settings record. Note resolution, render scale, detail, shadows, scene, player count, and observed stutter. This makes it possible to restore a known-good profile after a patch or driver change.
This sequence is a method, not a tested Tabletop TD preset. No published benchmark currently establishes the exact setting combination that produces a given frame rate.
What to turn down first when FPS is low
1. Resolution or render scale
Start here when the GPU is near full utilization or lowering the image size immediately improves smoothness. Resolution changes affect sharpness, while render scale changes the internal drawing resolution and may leave the display output unchanged. The game’s final menu labels and available scale range have not been published, so use the options exposed by your installed build.
2. Shadow quality
Shadows can require substantial rendering work, especially when many objects are visible. A lower shadow option is often a useful compromise if you want to preserve the rest of the scene’s detail. Compare the same wave before and after the change; do not assume the impact is identical on every GPU.

- Smooth motion: 240Hz refresh rate and fast 0.5ms response time provide crisp visuals and fluid movement with less input lag.
- Seamless gaming: FreeSync Premium and HDMI VRR eliminate tearing for smooth, responsive PC and console gameplay.
- Fast IPS: Faster 0.5ms response with excellent color accuracy across wide IPS viewing angles.
- Rich color: 99% sRGB color coverage delivers vivid, detailed imagery with strong accuracy.
- Eye comfort: TÜV Rheinland 3‑star certified display lowers blue light while preserving color quality.
3. Detail or effects quality
If large numbers of units, projectiles, particles, or environmental elements coincide, reducing detail or effects can help. The final game may separate these controls or combine them into a single preset. Change only the available setting and document the result instead of assuming a label has a standardized effect.
4. Preset level
If individual controls are difficult to identify, step down one complete preset, then raise options selectively. A preset can change several variables at once, so it is less useful for diagnosing a bottleneck but faster for finding a playable baseline.
Do not claim that any of these changes guarantees 60 FPS. The developer has not published a target frame rate, and no independent Tabletop TD benchmark is available.
Testing solo, late-wave, and co-op performance
A tower-defense workload can change as more units, defenses, effects, and players become active. Test the situations you actually intend to play instead of relying only on an empty map or opening wave.
Solo test
Run the same later-wave or otherwise busy solo scenario for several minutes. Watch for sudden pauses, uneven camera movement, or slowdowns when multiple effects occur together. If the game offers a replayable challenge or saved stage, use it for repeatability.

Four-player test
Tabletop TD is listed with online co-op for up to four players. When that mode is available, test with the expected player count and comparable activity. Network conditions can affect perceived responsiveness, while local rendering load can affect frame pacing; record both separately rather than treating every hitch as a graphics problem.
Compare frame-time consistency
For future testing, useful comparison axes are average FPS, 1% lows or frame-time consistency, resolution or render scale, shadow quality, effects and detail quality, VRAM use, and behavior during late-wave and four-player scenes. No published Tabletop TD measurements exist for these axes yet, so they are a checklist for testing a final build, not current results.

The game is using the wrong adapter
On a laptop or desktop with more than one graphics adapter, open Settings > System > Display > Graphics, add the game executable if necessary, and select the high-performance adapter. Confirm the choice in the game or driver panel after launching. If the adapter does not appear, update the driver and reboot.
Drivers or Windows are outdated
Install the current graphics driver offered by the GPU manufacturer and bring Windows to at least the listed build requirement. Re-test after restarting; otherwise, a background update or pending reboot can make two apparently identical runs behave differently.
Background activity is consuming resources
Pause large downloads, close browser tabs and overlays, and stop unnecessary recording or synchronization tasks. Check CPU, memory, GPU, and disk activity in Task Manager while the game is running. This can identify a competing workload without changing the game’s visual settings.

Performance falls only in busy waves
Use the busy-scene procedure rather than optimizing for the opening minutes. Lower resolution or render scale, then shadows, detail, and effects in that order. If only co-op sessions hitch, compare player count, network activity, and local GPU load before concluding that a single graphics option is responsible.
A patch changes behavior
Tabletop TD is planned for release rather than documented as a finished retail build. Re-run your saved test scene after updates and keep the previous settings record. Requirements, available options, and optimization can change before and after launch.
Does Tabletop TD support 1080p or 60 FPS?
There is currently no official statement establishing a 1080p target, a 60-FPS target, a minimum frame rate, or a specific graphics preset. The minimum requirements also do not imply any of those outcomes. Until the developer publishes a final specification or repeatable measurements are available, treat 1080p and 60 FPS as goals you can test on your own system, not supported guarantees.

When testing, state the exact resolution, render scale, preset, hardware, driver, scene, wave density, and player count. A result from one configuration cannot be generalized to every system that meets the minimum requirements.
How to prepare for launch
- Keep Windows 10 64-bit at version 21H1/build 19043 or newer.
- Verify an x64 SSE2-capable processor, 8 GB RAM, a DirectX 11 GPU with 2 GB VRAM, and at least 2 GB of free storage.
- Update the graphics driver and identify whether the system has integrated and discrete adapters.
- Plan to start with defaults and a repeatable busy-scene test instead of a copied preset.
- Save your resolution, render scale, shadow, detail, and effects choices so you can compare patches.
- Test the mode you care about, including late waves and four-player co-op when available.
These steps establish a sound baseline without pretending that pre-release information can answer questions the developer has not yet published.
