Black Ops 7 Season 02 added nine Multiplayer maps in two releases—not all at launch. Four arrived on February 5, 2026, and five more came with Season 02 Reloaded on March 11.
Season 02 launch maps: February 5, 2026
The season launch added four maps. Three are new 6v6 arenas; Nexus also supports 2v2, while Slums is a returning map remastered from Black Ops 2. Call of Duty’s Season 02 announcement and the official Season 02 patch notes identify the launch lineup and formats.

Season 02 Reloaded maps: March 11, 2026
The midseason update added five more maps. Four are 6v6 maps; Mission: Peak is a larger 20v20 Skirmish map, so the season’s nine-map total is not nine standard 6v6 arenas. The Season 02 Reloaded announcement gives the update time as March 11 at 9 AM PT across platforms.

What the nine-map count includes
The total combines both release phases: four launch maps plus five Reloaded additions. It also combines new designs with returning or reimagined maps. Slums and Grind came from Black Ops 2; Cliff Town is a reworking of that game’s Yemen; and Firing Range returns in its Black Ops 6 form.

The official announcements establish the Season 02 content and release dates, not which maps are in the live playlist rotation on October 8, 2026. Playlist availability can change, so the season-wide count should not be read as a guarantee that all nine are selectable in a particular playlist now.
