Treyarch’s official Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Season 02 patch notes are a running change log, not a single launch-day list. They cover the season announced for February 5, 2026, through an update dated March 26, 2026. The notes include launch playlists and gameplay changes, Season 02 Reloaded content, balance tuning, and later bug fixes. Use the dated entries below to find what changed and when; the notes do not identify which build is installed on your platform.
Season 2 launch: playlists, modes and gameplay changes
The launch section lists these Multiplayer playlists and modes:
- Season 2 Moshpit: Torment, Sake and Slums, with Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Domination and Hardpoint.
- Safeguard.
- Nuketown 2025 24/7.
- Standard Moshpit.
- Face Off Moshpit (+ Nexus).
- 10v10 Moshpit.
The launch notes also record changes across weapons, perks, the Wildcard, Field Upgrades, scorestreaks and the user interface. Consult the official notes for the specific entries; the season launch changes and later adjustments are listed separately there.
Season 02 Reloaded: Gauntlet, Infected and map updates
The Reloaded material describes Gauntlet and the return of Infected. It also includes updates for Firing Range and Cliff Town. These are Reloaded additions and updates, rather than launch-day playlist entries.

Quick Recap
How to use the Season 02 notes for your game
- Open Treyarch’s official Black Ops 7 Season 02 patch-notes page.
- Find the dated entry relevant to the change you are checking: the season launch, Reloaded material, or a later update such as February 27 or March 20.
- Compare the date and change with your own game update context. The notes do not report the build currently installed on an individual player’s platform, so they cannot confirm that a particular change is present in your installation.
