Which trophies involve reaching Room 46?
Five listed conditions explicitly require reaching Room 46, but each names a distinct target: the first reach, a one-day run, a run under an hour, Dare Mode, and Curse Mode. The list does not establish that one of these unlocks automatically awards the others, so treat them as separate goals.
How to track and collect in-game trophies
According to the community wiki, an in-game trophy item is separate from the platform achievement. After meeting a trophy’s condition, you may still need to pick up the item in the game. The wiki says a trophy card appears in the Entrance Hall after the first Room 46 completion, or in the Trophy Room, and lists requirements. For some cumulative challenges, it shows progress toward 40 Parlor Games, 40 Dartboard Puzzles, eight Workshop Contraptions, and eight Realm Sigils. Blue Prince community wiki: Trophy

If an achievement appears unlocked on your platform but its trophy is absent from your save, check the in-game card and collect the corresponding item. The community wiki reports that platform achievements are permanent, while trophy items are tied to a save and can be picked up again on a new save.
