Black Ops 6’s Campaign Safehouse has three upgrade stations: the Training Area, Gear Station and Weapons Bench. Guides report that each station costs $500 to unlock and that buying every Safehouse and Player Upgrade costs $14,650 in total. Below is the complete listed upgrade roster, with costs and effects attributed to the guides that report them.
Where to find Safehouse upgrades
The Safehouse is a renovation hub within the Campaign. Activision says players can collect cash during missions and invest it in the Safehouse; its Evidence Board is for intel, briefings and planning between missions (Call of Duty campaign briefing, October 9, 2024). The upgrades themselves are purchased at three stations in the manor: Training Area, Gear Station and Weapons Bench.

PowerPyx reports that unlocking each station costs $500. It also reports a $14,650 total for all Safehouse and Player Upgrades. These are third-party guide figures, not costs published by Activision (PowerPyx, Black Ops 6 Trophy Guide & Roadmap).

The names, effects and listed costs in the following tables are from Zack Palm’s Dot Esports guide, published October 25, 2024 (Dot Esports upgrade guide). The guide gives some costs as two amounts or a range; that notation is preserved rather than treated as a confirmed tier breakdown.

How to prioritize upgrades and earn the cash
Choose upgrades around the problem you want to solve, rather than treating one combination as universally best:
- For survivability: prioritize health and armor capacity, reduced explosive damage or flinch, and recovery effects such as Survivor or Elite Assassin.
- For equipment use: consider extra equipment capacity, longer Adrenaline Stim duration, armor-plate handling, or the Homing Knife and Disruptor bonuses.
- For weapon handling: look at reload and aim speed, recoil, hipfire spread, armor damage, penetration and ammunition.
PowerPyx says Campaign cash comes from strong enemies, environmental pickups and safes. It reports nine safes, each containing $1,000, while noting that total cash depends on exploration. The same guide identifies the Dipped in Gold achievement for purchasing all Safehouse and Player Upgrades and says upgrades persist when replaying earlier missions (PowerPyx trophy guide). Because costs in the upgrade list are not consistently expressed, check the station’s in-game price display if you need to confirm a particular amount or price tier.

Safehouse upgrades versus Campaign rewards
Safehouse upgrades are purchased with Campaign cash and improve the Campaign character or equipment. Activision separately lists Campaign rewards such as weapon blueprints, weapon vinyls, an Operator, a Finishing Move, a charm and a loading screen (Activision Campaign rewards). The support page states that Campaign rewards cannot be applied in the Campaign, so they should not be confused with the upgrades bought at the manor’s stations.
