Solve the safehouse clue chain, then use the numbers in your own game: start the boiler, follow the piano clue, clear the basement gates, tune the radio, and match its spoken references to numbers revealed with the in-game blacklight. Enter those numbers in the order the broadcast gives them.
How the safe code works
The broadcast points to objects in the room. Use the blacklight to find the number associated with each object, and write the numbers down in the order the broadcast mentions those objects. That sequence is the combination for the safe upstairs in the bedroom. The code is randomized, so a combination posted by another player may not work in your game. Work through the safehouse clue chain

Start the boiler
In the basement boiler room, operate the controls in the sequence indicated by the puzzle. The boiler is an early gate in the route; if you cannot progress to the next clue, check that it has been completed. Gameranx and PowerPyx cover this step.

Reveal and play the piano clue
Use the in-game blacklight around the piano to reveal the marked notes. Play the indicated sequence to open the route beside the piano. This is a puzzle step, not an instruction to enter the safe code. IGN’s piano puzzle guide and PowerPyx’s solutions cover the piano and safehouse sequence.

Clear the basement gates
Continue through the basement route’s code or decryption and lockpicking puzzles. These are intermediate gates; the goal is to reach the room with the radio clue. If a route remains blocked, return to the relevant earlier puzzle rather than trying a safe combination at that gate. Gameranx and PowerPyx describe the linked steps.

Tune the radio and record the references
In the radio room, tune the radio until you can hear the broadcast. Listen for the short descriptions of objects, then use the blacklight to find the number associated with each referenced object. The broadcast’s order matters: note the numbers in that same order. Gameranx and IGN describe the radio-based clue.

Open the upstairs safe
Take the ordered sequence to the safe in the upstairs bedroom and enter it. If it fails, check the objects and numbers against your own broadcast, including their order; do not assume a code from an online guide is universal.

Where this puzzle fits in the campaign
The Rook safe belongs to the Black Ops 6 campaign safehouse sequence, not a separate multiplayer task. Activision’s campaign support page describes the campaign’s Safehouse upgrades and rewards as part of campaign progression.
