Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Call of Duty: Warzone, and Warzone Mobile Season 4 launched on May 29, 2024, at 9 AM PT. The update brought new multiplayer maps and modes, weapons, and Warzone features; some announced content arrived later in the season, and access routes varied.
When did Season 4 launch?
Blizzard Entertainment set the launch for Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 9 AM PT across platforms. The date is historical, not an upcoming release. The Season 4 announcement covered Modern Warfare III, Warzone, and Warzone Mobile.

What came to Modern Warfare III?
Maps
Tokyo and Paris were the new multiplayer maps available at launch. The announcement also named Incline and a Das Haus Vortex variant for later in the season; the patch notes call that variant Das Gross. These were not all launch-day maps. The Season 4 patch notes detail the rollout.

Season 4 featured Demolition, Hyper Cranked, Havoc, Headshots Only, and Mutation, among other modes. Cache also appears in the patch notes’ launch overview. Playlist schedules could differ, so the announced mode lineup should not be read as a promise that every mode was playable at the same time.

The season also announced eight Aftermarket Parts to release over its course. The patch notes list the weapons and seasonal content details; the routes above distinguish Battle Pass unlocks from a weekly challenge.
What changed in Warzone?
The Season 4 announcement highlighted Urzikstan bunkers, a Runaway Train public event, a new Gulag variant, and Ranked Play Resurgence on Rebirth Island. These are features described for the 2024 season, not a guide to Warzone’s current map or playlist lineup.

What was included in Warzone Mobile?
Warzone Mobile’s Season 4 plans included synchronized Battle Pass and BlackCell content, weapon progression, and rewards, alongside map changes and limited-time modes. The synchronization connected progression and seasonal content across the announced Call of Duty experiences; it did not mean every game received identical maps or modes.

The announcement covered a substantial seasonal update, events, challenges, and unlockable weapon camos, while separately describing paid Battle Pass and BlackCell content. The Season 4 Battle Pass advertised over 100 rewards and the ability to earn up to 1,400 COD Points through progression, according to the May 20, 2024 Battle Pass and BlackCell announcement. Those figures describe that season’s offer, not a current purchase or recurring guarantee.
